Swim in your own private pool while staying in this beautiful 6 bedroom home. Welcome to Meadowlark Manor!

This 4980 square foot home has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and plenty of extras for you and your guests to enjoy.

The main floor consists of a beautiful, fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator, double oven, large stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher for all your cooking needs. There is an extra refrigerator in the hall for extra food storage. There is a large dining area that seats 12-16 people and a second dining area that seats 8 people. Sesting on the main floor consists of a large living room and a smaller sitting room. The main floor has two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a King-sized bed that also has its own private bathroom. There is also a half bath. Outside the main living spaces is a lovely screened-in porch for hanging outside in any weather. The porch opens up to a beautiful entertaining area with a private, heated pool and an outdoor fireplace.

The second level has a television viewing seating area as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is a family room with a King bed and two twin beds. The second bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed. The bedrooms share a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

The lower level has a game room with a pool table and four arcade machines. There is also a seating area with a television as well as a fantastic theater room with a screen, projector, and state of the art sound system. There is a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator and microwave. This level has two bedrooms. One bedroom is a bunk room that has two bunk beds consisting of four full size mattresses. The second bedroom has a King-sized bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

This home will accommodate 18 people (16 maximum for all adult parties)

Pool will be open (weather dependent) from March 21st through October 17th. Hot tub will be open year round.

No check-ins or check-outs on holidays.

Free wifi throughout the house.

Security cameras are placed outside for safety and maintenance of the property. Cameras are in the following areas: front door, side door, back of property, pool equipment

I chose this property as a place to start my healing journey after the loss of my husband. I was looking for a place away from the hustle of town however, I needed a place to relax, pray and start healing. At this property I found more than what I was looking for. The house was incredibly spacious and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated in-ground pool and the hot tub. The evenings were spent in challenging pool matches with the family and enjoying movies in the theater room. The adults loved the privacy of the property and the fact we had plenty of space for everyone to unwind. At this property we found the perfect balance of fun, relaxation and our favorite place to reset. It was so private and quiet!! The host felt like family from the very first communication. We could not have asked for a more cordial and attentive host. While I reminisced and held past memories very tight to my heart, I also found an amazing place to make new memories with my family. We had a blast. This house was so big and beautiful. We were a family of 17 and it was more than enough space for everyone. I recommend this location!!!!!!!!! The host Jim was amazing he responded quickly when I had questions. Pool 10/10

Family Thanksgiving

Our family of 14 – including six children 6 and under – had a wonderful stay that Meadowlark Manor for Thanksgiving. The house was everything we had seen online - and was clean and waiting for us when we arrived. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and find some quiet time as needed; but the shared space worked perfectly for our large crowd. Jim’s communications were great and he was very accommodating and helpful - especially on Thanksgiving when an area power outage knocked out the Internet and we had trouble reconnecting. Highly recommend this house for large groups. There are lots of things to do in the area, although it is a little bit of a hike to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. However, that didn’t keep us from enjoying everything the area had to offer.

Amazing Property

Hosted a Bachelor Party at the property for 15 people. Tons of space, tons of things to do at the house. Great for hanging out. Close to the lake too!

Family Time

Our three children's families - and their 9 grandkids - joined us for our annual get together. The pool tired them out during the day and a movie in the theater room in the evening was a great finish to each day. The screened in area next to the pool was great. Thank you Jim - we had a great week in your great property.

Terrific Fun

Plenty to do here: Pool, Billiards, Video games, theatre room. This was our second time. Jim is one of the most responsive hosts with whom to work.

Another wonderful trip

This is our second time at the property and it was perfect again. Relaxing pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A few new things were in the game room area too. Close enough to Douglas Lake and the craziness of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for little day trips. 5 stars from our family!

This place has everything you need to enjoy your time there. Our family ages ranged from 4 years to 50+. If you feel you need to find more to do it’s located close to many fun attractions.

Great location and house

House was very well laid out... Everyone loved the theater room and pool was a big hit as well. Pool was very warm the day we arrived even with the temps in the 50's. The owner had the pool guy come out and clean the hot tub and pool and check PH levels. Everything was as described and we couldn't have been happier! Don't hesitate to book this rental.

Great Stay

The property manager Jim, was very responsive. When we pulled up to the property the yard required some manicuring. I contacted Jim and he assured me he would get someone out to cut the yard and he did. Upon entering the property my group was not disappointed. It was beautiful and very clean. It’s about 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the views are amazing. You won’t be disappointed. Perfect house with everything you need for your large group.

Fantastic stay

The photos were accurate, the home was beautiful and well kept, pool was terrific. The owner/manager was very prompt with communications. We had a wide range of ages and stages - infants-adults, and everyone had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

Ohio- North Carolina Cousins

The property owners have made this rental home perfect. They have provided everything you need. We arrived and did not leave with exception to store. This large home is beautiful. The pool and hot tub entertained during the day. Theater room, pool table, and the 3 large dining tables for cards and games entertained us at night. The bedrooms are sound proof. So the night owls did not bother anyone. We really had a beautiful time. I dont want to leave out the property manager. Jim was very accommodating. Responded back very quickly with answers to my questions. There were a few minor issues that I told him about before we left and he was heading up to take care of them. Thank you for a wonderful family get together. Kim Justice

Great setup

The pool and the theatre room were big hits with our crew. Very quiet neighborhood, not too far from attractions. Everyone had a great time.

Amazing stay with just what we needed in a family vacation

Great property with a wonderful pool! Hard to impress our teenagers, but it did. Large house and plenty of room to spread out, and nice gathering spaces for family meals. Wanted something away from the touristy spots, so it was perfect. Drive wasn't bad when we wanted to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Excellent stay and property

We had an excellent time at this house. It had plenty of room for our entire large family of all ages. The pool was the highlight. Great location to all of the places we visited in the area. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. Beautiful area as well. Thank you.

Great house for large groups

We just stayed at the MLM. The house was great. Lots of space and there was more than enough room for our extended family. The kids loved the pool the most. Great experience communicating with our host! It even worked out where we were able to access the property earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house , very private , great pool area.

Broken hot tub lid made it a little difficult to close but the tub was great. Ironing board but no iron. No keurig. Theater needs instructions but is very nice once figured out - Jim responded to me quickly when I had questions . TV in pool room not working. Pool cues usable but could use some attention- nice slate table. Kitchen is great but could use a little more cookware items. The pictures on the VRBO add shows cushioned furniture and a TV in the screened porch and a table with umbrella and cushioned chairs poolside- neither of these exits now. That’s it for my nit picking list just a little more attention to detail and this place would be absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and clean inside and out. The grounds are very well kept. Pool and hot tub are clean and in great condition. Two gas grills in good condition with spare tanks ready to go. Bedrooms nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses - look for hidden USB ports on the back of the nightstand tops, I didn’t notice them until we were cleaning up to leave. There are two spare refrigerators when you enter the side door hall that came in very handy for beverages but could handle mass amounts of food and drinks for large groups. As a bonus a friendly cat stopped by to check on us every once in a while. Even with the issues I mentioned above I would still have to rate this place 9.9 out of 10. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Better than expected

The house was wonderful. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our children, my in-laws and my mother. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as have their own space. Both the kids and the grandma's loved the pool and hot tub - the yard is very private which is not typical of other houses we have stayed at in the area. The kitchen was great as both my husband and father in law love cooking, we were able to eat many meals at the house. The children loved the theater room playing video games and watching movies. The location was great with a grocery store just a few minutes away. Many restaurants nearby and just a short drive from all the attractions in the area. Everything very smooth and the owners were very quick to respond to all questions we had leading up to the visit. It was a great visit for all!

I am a husband and father who enjoys spending time with my family. We purchased our first vacation home in the area a few years ago and have really enjoyed not only using it ourselves, but hosting great guests, so we decided to purchase a second.

We love all the natural beauty and entertainment this area has to offer. I have a large family and wanted a large property so my family and our guest's families could enjoy their stay in the area while staying all together in one home. We fell in love with this gorgeous property right away and having an outdoor pool and theater room was a bonus.
