Located on the 1st floor of a small historic half-timbered building,
With a total area of 48 m², Le P’tit Louis XII features:
➜ an open-concept living room and kitchen with a sofa bed and a dining area
➜ a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave
➜ a bedroom with a 160x190 double bed and a large closet
➜ a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower, an antique vanity, and a toilet

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby bed (provided)

➜ Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM
We always try to be available to welcome you and offer advice and recommendations for your stay, but a key box is also provided in case you arrive late...

➜ The apartment also has a garage (not very spacious) that serves as a shared entrance for the other residents of the building
You can park your car there (if it isn’t too bulky—such as a compact car) and store your bikes and strollers at the back...

➜ Saturdays in Blois are market days, and the market is held right below the apartment :)
Parking is prohibited there from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
As a result, it’s impossible to access the apartment by car....

So you’ll need to plan ahead if your car is in the garage and you need to use it on Saturday morning!!
