Our 1749 sq feet premium penthouse condo is located in Spring Creek, one of the newest and most sought after communities in Canmore, directly adjacent to downtown.

Enjoy pristine mountain and creek views from the windows and covered balcony, or snuggle up by the gas fireplace and watch TV. The fully stocked and high end appliance kitchen is where you can create your culinary masterpieces. The dining room table offers seating for 6. In-suite laundry is available for your convenience.

With room for everyone to relax, this condo is perfect for a family staycation, romantic getaway, wedding, or a long term stay.

The building has additional amenities to offer: shared panoramic hot tub ( pre booking available and open no booking times available ) fitnessroom, and games room with pool table are available for you to enjoy during your stay.
Outside the building, there is a fire pit available. Booking fee and waiver apply.


Our condo is self contained with no contact entry. We have an enhanced cleaning protocol that includes cleaning and disinfecting.

Please note that building services occasionally need maintenance that can result in an inconvenience.

- Often scheduled on short notice and out of our control.
- By safety laws, fire alarms are regularly tested.
- The fitness room and games room are currently closed due to Covid restrictions.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

A distinctive feature of this neighbourhood is the junction of two creeks- Policeman’s Creek and Spring Creek. This neighbourhood includes a 2.5 km perimeter of trails and 3 pedestrian bridges. The bridges forge vital links with the town of Canmore. With these picturesque trails and boardwalks you will find picnic areas, children’s playgrounds, galleries, spas, wine shops, delis, coffee shops, restaurants, and plenty of benches to daydream along the flowing creeks. The walking bridge at the Opera House will take you along Policeman’s Creek boardwalk. Enjoy plenty of view spots to watch wildlife or admire the mountains Canmore is famous for. Follow the boardwalk to downtown Canmore’s restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, grocery stores, and Elevation Place.
Elevation Place is a recreation complex, complete with indoor swimming pools, a lazy river, water slide, exercise and yoga gyms, and a climbing wall. Lots of activities for young and old. (Partially open due to Covid-19.)

Spring Creek is a 5 minute drive to the Banff National Park Gate and close to 4 world class ski resorts.

GETTING AROUND
We recommend having your own car or renting a car to explore the area best.
Rental cars and public transportation are available in Canmore.
