Maison de Vacances Caprice Normand, Jardin Clos

Charming Norman-style holiday home, 120 m², with a 400m² garden and a courtyard.
We opened it for rent in June 2023 and hope you will like it.
The beach is accessible 7 minutes on foot (600m) by roads with little traffic.
The house has a first floor with a beautiful living room and a kitchen renovated in 2022, a few steps lead to a laundry room with separate toilet, freezer and washing machine, then to the staircase leading to the first floor.
The first floor has a large bathroom with WC and three large bedrooms, all equipped with electric shutters.
A garage, accessible from the laundry room, allows you to store the bikes and beach games available.
The walled garden is not overlooked, and allows you to have lunch in the shade of the awning or the courtyard. You can have a barbecue (charcoal not provided). Deckchairs and deckchairs also allow you to enjoy the garden.
The courtyard, closed, can park up to 3 cars.
The football field, open and visible from our windows, allows children to enjoy an extraordinary play space!
Notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
- SmartTV with Netflix access provided.
- Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the armchairs and sofa.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (payment on site on arrival).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- The house is designed for 6 people, even though there are 9 people, due to the size of the dishwasher and the outdoor table.
- Strictly non-smoking house.
