Absolutely wonderful property very near the Homer Spit. It was the perfect location for chattering halibut fishing and exploring Katmai NP by seaplane. I went into Homer a few days prior to my reserved days to explore the area. As I drove by the entrance to the property there was a Momma moose with a calf. I knew it was destined to be a great stay. The views from the balcony were fantastic day or night through rain or shine. The guest house was very comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Wow. Bonnie and Dave truly thought of everything. Perfectly located, stunning views, immaculate, great communication. Bonnie even helped us out when we lost a rain jacket. We both mentioned at some point it was the best VRBO we’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The beds, phenomenal. The walk to the beach was fantastic. Truly just a piece of heaven!

Excellent stay. Very accommodating, clean and beautiful view. The host Bonnie is wonderful. The property is upstairs, someone that needs accessible would not be able to stay here. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Highly recommend this property.

Paradise in Homer

This vacation rental could not be better! So clean, quiet, and well stocked. The beds are insanely comfortable. It’s located on the bluff above the Sound with stairs that switchback down to the beach. The view of the mountains and glacier and sea life is very entertaining regardless of the weather. The owners provided everything to make us comfortable.

Incredibly Charming

The photos don't do it justice - this place is clean, cozy, and incredibly charming. It's location is perfect. A short walk to the beachfront and close to everything, from the Homer Spit (seeing eagles), to visiting the weekend farmers market, nearby Bear Creek Winery. A boat ride to Seldovia. On the last night seeing a moose in the backyard. This stay truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Beautiful accommodations with a view

We stayed here while visiting the Homer area. The apartment was lovely, quiet and on the beach with beautiful views of the mountains of Katchemak Bay State Park. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep after long days spent exploring the area, and the kitchen area well stocked. We sure appreciated the washer and dryer! We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Homer area.

Amazing accommodation, view and location!

The property was incredibly clean and well appointed. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The beds, the linens, and the towels were all top-notch. We were very comfortable!!! The kitchen included everything you would need and we were welcomed with gift of a bottle of wine. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Homer

Beautiful view of Homer spit

2 bedroom with 2 full baths with full kitchen and million dollar views of Homer spit and the bay. Walk down to the water and walk the beach, or a short drive (2 mins) to restaurants and groceries. Great stay - we will stay again!

Couldn’t ask for more from the super host like Bonnie and her husband. They were helpful from the day we made the reservation until the day we left. The attention to detail was amazing and everything was newer and loved the fact we could get down to the water from our back door. Would stay her again
