Ferme Binel à Ronsac

The BINEL farm at the Domaine de Ronsac located 15 km from the center of Toulouse welcomes you in the 2 cottages of 8 people each located side by side (the terrace is shared between the two cottages) to spend a quiet moment with your friends or family. (No music after 10 pm.)

The large 80 m2 swimming pool is to be shared with the other inhabitants of BINEL.

The atmosphere is always very pleasant and the good atmosphere allows you to enjoy a few days of happiness guaranteed.

The two grouped dwellings include:

5 bedrooms, including a bedroom with two double beds and a single bed, a bedroom with a single bed and three bedrooms with double beds,
Four bathrooms, two large living rooms and two very well equipped kitchens.
3 very comfortable double sofa beds of 160 cm wide are distributed in the two living rooms (mattress thickness of 15 cm)

Two large tables in the living rooms and the possibility of eating in the summer in the large garden or by the pool.

Sleeping several people in the same room allows children, teenagers or adults to get closer and exchange very good memories with family or friends.

A toilet is located next to each living room which allows independence for the people sleeping in the living rooms.

Breathtaking view of the large 13 m long swimming pool in a large park located 15 km from the center of Toulouse in a 150 hectare estate that ensures rest and change of scenery in the Domaine de Ronsac.

Petanques, Ping Pong table and board games.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The owners also live next to the gîtes and are at your disposal if needed.

The swimming pool is fenced and will allow you to enjoy the outdoors with the possibility of grilling on the barbecue.

Nearby Golf d'Estolosa which touches our property and the Tuilerie equestrian club for adults and children.
