Welcome to Paradise! Great design for family or friend gatherings in spacious two story home. Fast WiFi, and LG 75" inch OLED Smart TV and Outdoor Shower.

Enjoy your vacation or workation with family and friends in a tropically landscaped property with Bali Hai waterfall views, beautiful sunsets on the lanai, gorgeous sunrises on the front porch, and an easy bike or walk to access the 4 Princeville beaches and Queens Bath.

After a day at Hanalei Beach, come back to your quiet cul-de-sac home. Take a short stroll to Princeville Center for dining, groceries & shopping. Also walk to Prince Albert Park for sports, running trail, circuit, and kids playground .

All bedrooms have their own Air Conditioning!

The many windows and screened-in second floor lanai feels has a fresh, relaxed and airy feel.. Separate downstairs play area with couch, TV, ping-pong table and game table is great for kids of all ages.

Quick bike or walk to Anini, Princeville, Wylies and Hideaways Beaches or to Queens Bath. 7 min. drive to Hanalei Beach.

Also, can bike or walk to the Makai Golf Course and nightly 7th hole sunset over the Napali Coast.

Very functional well-equipped rental. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach toys, convenient location, good communication. Screened in lanai is lovely (but small and seats 6 max). Two awkward architectural issues: the "master" shares a bathroom with another bedroom, but has its own pocket door that does not work and just transmits noise. (Beware your roommates...) It's also very dark at night if you want to do anything other than watch TV. It's also pretty clear it's been a rental a long time, it's a little more dinged up than we expected based on the pictures.

This was a great rental home for our family of 7 adults. It’s spacious and clean, and the lanai off the kitchen is fantastic. The location feels secluded even though it’s in a (very nice) neighborhood.

Loved it.

Great neighborhood and location. Easy access. Wonderful home with so many amenities. Loved the hot tub after walking all day. Owner’s shared snorkels and paddle boards came in handy.

Absolutely wonderful

I am sitting here on the lanai having my last coffee on checkout day. We will all be so sad to leave as we have loved our time here. We are a family of 6 adults. We are all very saddened to leave. We had the absolute best time. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the barbecue, the hot tub. Hiked the Kalalau Trail. Visited hanalei beach and Anini beach. Best time at Anini Beach. Saw turtles, fish and a sting ray . Highly recommend and would love to return one day. The screened in lanai and tropical seclusion are all very zen. Mahalo

Wonderful spot for family vacation. Great layout ample space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. Excellent location. Super responsive host- Could not ask for more!! Book it you won’t be disappointed

We loved our stay. The house was amazing and had so many amenities. My family loved the surfboards, snorkel gear, chairs, ping pong table and hot tub!! Very nice and clean!!

Great house in perfect location!

Loved the kitchen

I chose this property based on reviews and assurance of a well stocked kitchen, the ping pong table, beach supplies and hot tub to entertain my adult sons and their girlfriends. We had a great stay, the kitchen was everything and more than I'd hoped. Grocery store only a few minutes away to service this area. The house is well maintained in this upscale neighborhood, all with immaculate yards. Beautiful teak floors and plenty of air flow and ceiling fans. We did not want to use the air conditioning. We were undisturbed but do expect gardeners to do their job during your stay to maintain the beautiful landscaping. Chickens are everywhere in Kauai and you will hear the roosters announce daybreak but that's just one of the special aspects of Kauai that I will remember fondly. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Princeville heaven

This house is amazing! Beautiful and most importantly well stocked. There are bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, games, ping pong, absolutely everything you need to enjoy your day! We also really enjoyed the screened in, outdoor balcony off of the kitchen. We had breakfast out there every morning and played some games out there as well. We loved it!

Perfect North Shore Getaway

What an awesome place! Central location to everything you could want on the north shore. Includes all the accessories you would ever need for your perfect beach getaway. Clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Lovely family home

A comfortable and convenient stay in Princeville. It’s a Great location and close to the market. There are so many amenities inside the home that remove the hassle of renting boards, beach gear, etc. The hot tub is awesome after a long day hiking… This home is just full of good vibes and If you stay here, you will feel like you’re having a local experience. Owners are amazing to communicate with. Can’t say enough great things about the home and stay.,

A wonderful home in Princeville

We loved our stay at Deb's house. It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and for outdoor activities, and is in a great location in Princeville. Deb was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We hope to return soon!

Kauai vacation rental house

OMG, we were blown away by the beauty of this house. Spacious bedroom, great family room, kitchen had everything you could need (except coffee..lol), the location was the best part. We weren't far from beaches, shopping, events, and everyone complimented how nice it was to be together in a house. When we left to go to Oahu in a hotel, we were sure missing the house. Thanks so much for the great experience in a week rental for our Hawaii trip.

Great house for a family vacation

We absolutely loved this home! We traveled with three children, who were delighted to have their own rooms. Our ten year-olds enjoyed having their own space - including the outdoor hangout spot with ping pong table, as well as two bedrooms and bathroom - on the first floor. The second floor is the “main floor,” with open concept kitchen/dining/living space and two bedrooms. I was a little hesitant to not have a proper/private “primary bath,” but the configuration worked fine for us. The primary bedroom is connected to the second-floor bathroom, so it was very convenient. The location and setting are what truly set this home apart. Extremely easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Foodland. The mountain views from the screened-in lanai are magical and breathtaking. This home is perfectly situated to maximize the tradewinds. Open up the window shades and turn the AC off for an incredible vacation! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with our family.

Paradise in Paradise!

This rental is beautifully appointed on a cul de sac with a beautiful view from the lanai. We’ve stayed in rentals in multiple places over the years and this was by far the best stocked home in terms of kitchen and other basic items. Not once did I have to contact property management for needs. We had everything we needed to have enjoyable beach days and didn’t have to rent anything. My family created great memories during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Family Vacation Stay!

5 starts on all counts - Lots of room, great open living space/kitchen, every amenity you could want from bikes to hot tub to almost unlimited beach supplies ( Tent/Toys/Boogie Boards/ Sand Toys) to ping pong table to ~ 100" TV in the living space to a well stocked kitchen for a large family (7 people) It's in a neighborhood that feels very quiet and sheltered from the neighbors. We had our 2yr old granddaughter with us on her 1st big trip. The high chair, portable crib and open grass space was perfect for her and her parents. Everything is well thought out for families. Lastley Deb the property manager was extremely helpful and kind. We were forced to move the dates a couple of times which she did very quickly. Communication was a A++++. Highly recommended!!

We live in the Bay Area and travel to our Princeville Paradise when we can. We have 4 kids now 16-22 who also enjoy sharing the home with extended friends and family. Being in the software industry, we have been lucky to work remotely from here, as well.

Love the open Balinese floor plan. Coffee on the lanai sitting on top of all the lush foliage and taking in the mountain and waterfall views is a good way to start the day. Sipping a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets, or sitting in the outdoor spa are the perfect way to end the day after the beach or hiking

It's nice to get away from the hordes of tourists and relax before making your own gourmet dinner or heading to the local restaurants. Like being able to walk or bike to the local beaches, restaurants and yoga classes. Lots to do for kids of all ages.
