Crystal Sands 217A is a beachfront condo in Destin’s beautiful community of Crystal Beach. The condo has one cozy bedroom, one and a half baths, stunning coastal views, and access to relaxing vacation amenities. With extra sleeping accommodations provided, it can sleep up to six guests—great for a romantic retreat or a small group vacay.

An open floorplan creates a spacious and welcoming environment for its beach vacationers. Hardwood flooring flows throughout, and coastal décor brightens the space. As an end-unit condo, extra windows add to the open and airy feel. Sliding glass doors open from the living room onto a furnished balcony with Gulf-front views, where guests can bask in the beauty of the coast all day long. Inside, the living room includes a cream-colored couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The couch is flanked by a blue lounge chair and a patterned armchair, and a glass-topped drink table sits in front of the sofa. This comfortable seating ensemble faces an entertainment cabinet and flatscreen TV. Nearby, a hardwood dining table and four stool seats serve as the dining area. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite-topped counters, and stainless-steel appliances. A wide breakfast bar includes additional stool seating.

The bedroom is bright and cheery, painted a pale yellow and adorned with colorful beach accents. It boasts a king-size bed, handsome dresser and side tables, and access to a private bath. A bright, twin bunkbed in a hallway nook completes the sleeping arrangements.

In addition to the relaxing, beachfront lodging, guests will also enjoy access to Crystal Sands amenities. These include a seasonally heated community pool, grilling stations that overlook the Gulf, beach access, and complimentary beach service.

If you ever feel like peeling yourself away from the beautiful shoreline, be sure to check out the variety of fun vacation activities available in the area. Grab a bite to eat at the popular Crab Trap Restaurant, which is only a short walk away. Visit the Destin Commons, a favorite retail destination. Cash in on some great deals at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Take a short drive west to HarborWalk village for live music, or drive east to HarborWalk Village and catch a brilliant fireworks display. *Parking for 2 vehilces per unit only. Vehicles without a proper parking pass is subject to be towed at the owners expense.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
