Wonderful!

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The location is perfect and the apartment was beautiful. Will definitely visit again! The communication with the owner was top notch!

Relaxing in a great spot

The property is very welcoming and comfortable making it easy to relax and it’s in a great location downtown. Lots to do within walking distance.

Perfect

It's the perfect lil place for a couple that wants to visit the historic district of downtown Wilmington. It's very comfy and cozy. Best part was the spiral staircase you can take to get to the roof.

Wonderful Spot!

We stopped for only one night, but I wish we would have been able to stay for the week. It was clean, and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable and the location could not have been better! Quiet at night and only a few blocks from the River Walk. Will definitely stay again. The only downfall is there isn't an elevator for taking up luggage.

Beautiful weekend in a lovely condo

We loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and in the perfect location to park you car and leave it parked. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Awesome Downtown Spot

Great location for anything downtown. Check-in was easy, and the suite was ideal for the two of us. Clean, quaint building with lots of character and parking was a breeze. Would for sure book this again!

Weekend Getaway

Charming place for just 2 people, loved the location. Easy check in and out. Appreciated the shower essentials and the coffee supply. We had a great weekend.

Great place in a great location

The condo was extremely clean and perfect for our stay. We love the location, and our host was very helpful and always responded right away. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in an amazing location, and we would definitely stay there again ourselves!

Great spot in Wilmington historic area

Nice place for a couple to enjoy a few days in Wilmington. Very clean, comfortable bed and everything you need. It was easy to access and the host was accessible and prompt in responding.

Excellent space right in downtown.

The property is a fantastic place to stay while enjoying what Wilmington has to offer. You're about a half-block off of the riverwalk, and can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and other points of interest. The communication with the property owner was friendly and great. Parking is close and convenient. The rental itself is very clean and has everything you need, including comfy couches, a nice and spacious bed, a nice bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen area. Highly recommended.

Great location. Only one pot-no fry pans, small pans, foil, plastic wrap, etc. no kitchen towels, very few dishes.

Perfect spot in Downtown Wilmington

This condo was absolutely perfect for our one night stay in Downtown. It was clean and close to everything. I am just sad we didn't find it sooner. Host was great too! Thank you!
