This was our 2nd year staying and won’t be our last. Check in/out was super smooth. Super clean. Sofa bed - great for our 5 year old, but has seen better days. Would definitely recommend.

Very good value and great location and clean facilities. The sliding door to the balcony was pretty difficult to open and close but the room itself was fine. It’s not the fanciest or ritzy by any means but for what it cost we were more than happy with our stay.

Wonderful time and great condo! Only issue was construction on the broken elevator was happening right outside our room each morning at 6:30 am. Not at the condo owners fault but very frustrating.

Great beach getaway!

It was the perfect location. Check in and check out were a breeze. No issues at all. It could use a little updating- it is definitely showing some wear and tear, but we weren’t inside very much and we ate out. It was the perfect for the two of us.

Less touristy

Perdido Key seemed a bit less busy than your other popular tourist spots. The condo at Perdido Sun was just as pictured online. The beach access was nice since it was part of the property. Check in/out was very easy and painless. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

every thing was ok except the nasty rug in the living room. It is old and very worn. I wanted to just remove it until we checked out. The owner or the management team should remove it. It gives a terrible impression.

My husband and I booked this as a last minute get away for our anniversary. The place is clean and loved sitting on the patio having wine. Not crowded at all since off season. The from desk staff is nice. We rented beach loungers with umbrella.

Beach location

Pappy and YiaYia stayed at the condo on the beach with the indoor pool and our three littles and their parents stayed a few miles away at our sons home. It worked out just fine.

Sleeper Sofa

We had some issues at check in with the key pad. Some of the numbers were tricky and it took working with the host to finally get the keypad to work. The room itself was fine as was the location. We did have an issue with the bathtub draining while showering so you wound up standing in water while showering. Our biggest issue was the construction outside our door. We were not informed that they would be using a jackhammer all day right across from our room nor were we informed that this would start at 7am and continue for 2 days. Made it very difficult to relax in our room during the day. We also had some issues at checkout. Checkout was at 9am. We left our room at 7 am to take some of our things to our car and could not get back in. We had had no problems after initial keypad issue and had to call to be let back in to get the rest of our stuff.

Check in and out was soooo super easy! Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Wi-fi was easy to log into. Beach was steps away! Pools were clean - indoor heated pool was great. We didn’t use the bbq puts or the hot tub. The only uncomfortable part was the sofa bed. Really uncomfortable and seems to have a lot of wear. My 3 year old didn’t mind it - but an adult would not sleep good on it. As a couch it was ok - bed, not so much. The king size bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again!
