We offer for rent our house in the heart of a typical village 1 km from the Ria de Sauzon (2 km town center and shops, restaurants...).
The house bathed in light is both contemporary in its functionality and typically Belle Îloise in its architecture and its colorful façade.
Its location near Sauzon, a real postcard, will allow you to fully enjoy the discovery of this island whose fame is well established.
You can start your hikes directly from the house to access the coastal paths... But also easily by bike or car to the most beautiful sites of the island and beaches (Donnant, Pointe des Poulains...)
You will be seduced by the volumes and the large bay windows of this village house which will give you the feeling of being inside, outside and of space and extraordinary luminosity in all seasons.
On the first floor: a large living room of 40m² with modern and functional fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, traditional and "Nespresso" coffee maker, toaster, Magimix robot) for cooking enthusiasts and a lounge area (sofa, deck chairs...) opening onto a generous wooden terrace of 25m² with a view of the Belle Île countryside.
A laundry room equipped with washing machine / dryer and a toilet area completes the first floor.
Outside Barbecue available, Garden furniture to enjoy the environment.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms under slope of more than 15m² on the ground: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 200X160 (sheets not provided) + office space + 2 large Velux windows with open views of the countryside. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 200X140 (sheets not provided) + sofa area with Velux window and window.
Large bathroom (towels not provided) with walk-in shower + WC.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating ensuring warmth and well-being in winter for lovers of winter landscapes.
Access: by car with parking space, bicycle, Taol Mor Bus (April to October) with a stop 500 m from the village from the Palace.
