Beautiful beach house located 1-5 minutes to Combate Beach (Mojacasabe Beach). This lovely retreat its perfect for family and friends get-together. We have enough parking space for jet ski and small boats. Here in Cabo Rojo you can enjoy our famous spots: Playuela Beach, Buye Beach and you can walk to our historical lighthouse. There is a various selections of sports and recreations you can experience in our amazing nature spots.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was wonderful quiet, peaceful, and a nice distance from the busy tourist areas, which we loved. The owner was also very kind and easy to communicate with, which made the experience feel welcoming.There were just a few things that could be improved. The house could have been a bit cleaner, as there were small bugs around the windows, walls, and some floors. We also didn’t have consistent hot water there were plug in shower heaters, but when the power went out we only had cold water. It would also be nice if full bedding sets were provided, since there was only a fitted sheet and a throw blanket. With a little attention to these details, this place could easily be a top notch stay. We truly appreciated the friendly host and the peaceful location.

The place and locations are great! Clean and nice size house. It have everything you need for a nice stay. We will definitely comeback. My family and I had a great time.

Overall great experience. Flew in at 1am, it was amazing that host let us check in earlier than expected. Truly help us out with any questions. The place is beautiful, huge ceilings, great location! Friendly neighbors. Right down the road is El combate beach which I visited every morning, I truly enjoyed. Supermarket near by for essentials. Will keep this home saved hoping to come back next year!

VERY DIRTY!

Lets start by saying there is NOT a 3 mins walk to the beach .Its very upsetting to check in after a a long day without sleep and find a place like this !!! the house looks like it has been closed for many months and its in desperate need of a very deep cleaning.There was hair in the beds and bathroom, The house had dust everywhere, pillows with mold , dirty sheets etc. A place so dirty shouldn't be for rental.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our exploration of the area! Xavier was very quick to respond to help us navigate to the house (we arrived after dark and the neighborhood did not have power and it was very dark) and to our questions. There must have been a mix up with the cleaning crew as the sheets on our bed had not been washed.

Not as expected

Home is located in a trailer park. It was very dusty and linen was not clean. Lots of bugs was found in the home. Looks like no one has stayed in the rental for while. There was no hot water.Pluses, easy to communicate with the host. Close proximity to the beach.

Great beach location

The place was adequate and clean. The beach at Combate is the best on the whole island and worth it. Not a 4 minute walk but a short drive and great beach restaurant at Annie's

La propiedad esta muy comoda, buen estacionamiento. Necesita mas limpieza especialmente en cocina y mas utensilios de cocina. Cuando se alquilo la propiedad el GPS y el mapa te lleva a una propiedad bien cerca de la playa, pero no es la realidad, deben corregir esto porque no esta cerca de la playa.

Not well supplies. Very limited kitchen supplies. No kitchen towels or wash rags. Only large bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. Dryer broken.

Great Location within Combate

Located close to Combate and Playa Sucia Beaches. House is comfortable, clean, and has the basic amenities. This is the second time I stayed at this house.

Good area

The place was nice and clean except for the lawn that needed trimming. Had all the amenities that were listed. Near beautiful beaches. Will definitely stay again!

Weekend at Cabo Rojo

The house was exactly what we needed. It had all the great amenities that you would expect when visiting PR. Not to far or close to all the great beaches and hang out places. Xavier was extremely helpful and available for anything. Definitely on my Top list, next time I'm heading that way. Muchas Gracias.

Best of everything

Great property! Spacious and completely equipped. Good location near the beach, food/drinks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Quiet neighborhood was awesome after a day at the beach or a night out. Will definitely consider it for a future visit.

Lovely!!

Xavier is a wonderful host and his home is beautiful!! I love the attention to detail. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. The home was clean, easy to access and secure. It’s located only 2 mins from the beach. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

This property is located in the southwest area of Puerto Rico it’s surrounded by nature and very calm places. It’s another side of Puerto Rico and one of a the most beautiful ones. Puerto Rico’s best beaches are located on this area.
