Home is very spacious and clean. Lots of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other but also had a huge living room/dining room and kitchen to gather. Downstairs also had another living room if you had kids that needed space. Stunning views of lake and walking distance to town. Short drive to Glacier and surrounding areas. Cleaning crew showed up prior to checkout time without notice which wasn’t great. Grill was left dirty from previous guests, had issue with dishwasher and sink (water leaked from sink to outlet for dishwasher and shorted it). A few updates would be nice and less personal family belongings. Property management responds within a few hours. Overall good experience, lovely location, would stay again.

The house was as described and was very clean. The layout was perfect for our family - providing a large common area with separate bedrooms/space for privacy. The views are simply spectacular.

The host was quick to respond to our messages and was very accommodating. The house and property are a literal piece of heaven on earth. We couldn’t be more grateful to have had the experience of staying there.

Relaxing Property

The property was clean and very comfortable. The location was awesome next to the lake and close to a grocery store and restaurants. My family and I super enjoyed our stay!!

This home was a perfect location to gather family for a reunion. The grounds could not have been any lovelier and relaxing...the walk down to the dock and beach was safe and gradual enough for all to easily manage. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and more easy walking. The home had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the big dining table that all 10 of us could sit together and enjoy meals and view of the lake!

2024 Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The location of this home was so convenient to all of the sites and activities in the Kalispell/ Glacier Park area. We had 11 people from the age of 15 to 71 and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise in the morning and sitting on the deck having family time in the evening. The property manager was wonderful to work with and very responsive . I would definitely rent this home again!!

We had a great time

Upon arrival front door is a little tricky to unlock. House is big and has lots of space to accommodate the 15 of us that stayed here. The ice and ice tray in the freezer was dirty and had to be dumped and washed. Nothing was left to clean the counters. Old dirty gross sponges were left to clean dishes. I bought a new scrubber. Lots of towels, but no extra sheets. Cupboards in kitchen were filled with either the owners papers or pantry items, so not any room to store our food. Our first first morning, 2 of our guest were woken up to their bed breaking. It was fixed promptly. On our third day here, while unloading the dishwasher we noticed mouse poop in the kitchen drawers. I notified the property manager and he said he’d have someone out immediately to clean it. Whoever came to clean it didn’t do a very good job, and droppings were still present. We ended up buying bleach and cleaning what we could ourselves. Half of the outlets won’t hold a plug. They’re loose and the plug just falls out. It’s nice that we had use of water toys (paddle boards, blow ups tubes, wakeboards). The views and property are amazing. The dock is brand new. We enjoyed the deer who would come to eat apples in the morning and evening. Be aware you cannot set up tents on the grass. The sprinklers go off at 6am every morning. The neighbours Jerry, Deb and Henry are so friendly. We very much enjoyed talking with them. All in all the the house accommodated the 15 of us and we were comfortable.

Absolutely amazing property with incredible views! Could spend the entire day looking at the lake from the deck. Located .5 mile to a grocery store and Marina. Still reasonable distance to go to glacier national Park. There’s plenty of tables to eat, play games and puzzle. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The stove is an electric stove. My only negative was I had to pull stuff out of my camper because I am a chef and they didn’t have all the things I needed to prepare my meals. Host was quick to respond with details, suggestions and offer of assistance. Easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful large yard, great dock and secluded quiet property. Great neighbors! Plan to come again!

Lakeside Gem

Large and comfortable home on a beautiful lake property! Lots of outdoor activities. Nature and beauty abound! Would have liked a few more days! Fun for the whole family at every age!

Family Get-a-way to Montana (16) of us

Beautiful property - GREAT location. So many things to do even with the crazy weather we had first half of June. Everything worked and plenty of space for everyone. Property manager communication and support was fantastic! We all had a great time. Sunrise and Sunsets were spectacular.

The views!

This was the best property! The yard, hot tub, little beach area and the lake were amazing! The house is outdated but we didn’t care.. it was fabulous! We loved that there was 2 large master rooms. The layout was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen and dining facilities were great and the abundance of bathrooms was very convenient. All and all I would use this again for a large family get together.....

Wonderful lakeside home!

The place was great for our family. We loved being on the beautiful lake with the nice dock to swim and fish from and the beachfront area for the kids to play and float. We even got to watch the local Osprey fish as we sat on the deck. The house is convenient to Lakeside for groceries and an easy drive to Kalispell and Big Fork for restaurants and shopping. Also convenient to Glacier National park though we didn’t visit this time because of the thick wildfire smoke. The beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked with supplies. Rudy was very helpful and when the lift didn’t work with our inboard boat he was quick to refund the dock fee.

Excellent location!

The location of this house is breathtaking. The amenities were great as well! House was in good shape and we enjoyed the views and the dock! Very convenient location in Lakeside for boat rental.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is so beautiful. The house was perfect for our large group and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing we could have wished for is a fire pit.

Beautiful stay

We had a beautiful stay! We wanted somewhere where all our family could stay together (15 people)! House was clean and ready for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Spartan / Cinco de Mayo Weekend

Such a fun place to stay, with views that will take your breath away! Great location just a few short minutes into Kalispell and a short drive to the spartan race. Has two master suits with one secluded from the rest of the house. Perfect for a family gathering, couples retreat, or whatever you need! Host is super helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to plan another trip to come back!!!!
