🏡 Mulhouse is a charming city that offers a unique blend of historical heritage, culture, industry and nature. A stone's throw from the city center, near the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 60m² duplex, completely renovated in the spring of 2023. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).

This apartment has on the first level:
- a fully equipped bright kitchen 🍽️ (fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) open to a dining area.
- a lounge area 🛋️ equipped with a television 📺
Upstairs you will find:
- a first bedroom 🛏️ with two single beds.
- a second bedroom 🛏️ with two single beds as well.
🛏️ Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.
- in the upstairs hallway, a single bed 🛏️ completes the beds.
- a bathroom with bathtub 🛁 and separate toilet 🚽.

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

🅿️ Parking in rue du oak and neighboring streets is possible with payment by parking meter (1.8€/h).
🅿️ The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a free on-street parking area.
🅿️ The Porte Jeune public car park is 200m from the accommodation with a price of 15€ for 24 hours. This car park has a maximum height of 1m90, and you can find charging stations for electric cars there.

🌃Location: this accommodation is located in a quiet area of Mulhouse, close to amenities and main attractions. You will find restaurants, shops and public transport within walking distance of the apartment.

🌃 Mulhouse is renowned for its rich industrial heritage, particularly in the textile and automotive industry. You can learn about this fascinating history by visiting the Cité de l'Automobile, which houses one of the largest car collections in the world, including the famous Schlumpf collection. The town is also home to the Textile Printing Museum, where you can learn more about the region's textile tradition.
The old town of Mulhouse is a real gem. You can stroll through its cobbled streets, admire its half-timbered houses and discover historic buildings such as the Town Hall and the Mieg House. Place de la Réunion is a central location in the city, surrounded by beautiful buildings and bustling with cafes and restaurants.

The Natural History Museum will introduce you to the biodiversity of the region, while the Museum of Fine Arts houses a varied collection of paintings and sculptures. 🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
🚭 Tolerance is required on the balcony. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the yard.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
