Welcome to our cozy retreat, close to Bernay and the beautiful villages of Normandy. The train station is an 8-minute walk away, putting you just 35 minutes from the beaches!
You’ll enjoy a comfortable home with 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area.
The kitchen opens onto a south-facing garden with a patio and barbecue.
Our house is on a cul-de-sac; there’s no through traffic in front of the house, so you can park in front or on the property if needed.

There are a few steps leading up to the house.
The first floor features a separate guest bathroom with a washer/dryer and a sink.
Next is an open-concept living area with a sitting area (two 3-seater sofas, a coffee table, and a bookcase with a TV and DVD player, as well as toys, DVDs, and information about the region are available), a dining area (large farmhouse table for 8 people; a high chair is available), a kitchen area with everything you need for cooking, a kitchen island that seats 3 people, a dishwasher, and small appliances available (microwave, toaster, SodaStream, Nespresso).
Finally, opening onto the living area and featuring a window overlooking the backyard: a bedroom with its own shower area and sink. The bench seat unfolds into a full double bed.
The staircase leading to the kitchen (closed off by a door to block out noise) leads to the upper floor with its two double bedrooms (new Emma bedding); they share a shower and bath room, double sinks, and a separate toilet.
All three bedrooms have shutters.
A crib can be added to one of the double bedrooms.
One room upstairs is locked for our personal belongings.

The kitchen opens onto the terrace via a few steps; a large picnic table is available along with a barbecue. The garden and terrace face south/west.
There is also a garden area in front of the house; you can park a car along the side of the house, but since it’s a cul-de-sac, everyone parks their car in front of their own house. It’s easy to maneuver.

The house is an 8-minute walk from the train station, which allows you to reach Deauville/Trouville in 35 minutes and enjoy the vast Normandy beaches without worrying about parking your car.
Bernay is a charming, quintessentially Norman town, with numerous shops, bakeries, restaurants, wine bars, a fine arts museum, an abbey, a municipal pool with an outdoor pool… and a superb farmers’ market on Saturday mornings.
The “Coulée Verte” greenway from Bernay to Broglie offers a chance to immerse yourself in the Normandy countryside.
Bernay is also a short drive from the coast: 50 minutes from Honfleur, 1 hour from Cabourg, Houlgate, Trouville/Deauville… and other Norman villages (Beaumont-le-Roger, Le Bec-Hellouin, Broglie…), educational farms, summer recreation centers, hiking trails…
