Located in the countryside, this 60-square-meter vacation rental, housed in an old farmhouse dating back to 1860, is a 15-minute walk from the center of the village—a charming little town renowned for its medieval festival, which takes place every May.
A terrace and a small enclosed garden are at your disposal. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve provided a plancha grill, a raclette/pierrade set, and a fondue set.
We also provide games and books for leisure, for the whole family—from the youngest to the oldest—and, to make your life and travel easier, a changing table, baby bathtub, crib, bottle warmer, high chair, booster seat, and toilet seat reducer.
The proximity to highway interchanges (3 km) makes it easy to reach ANNECY (15 min), AIX LES BAINS (15 min), and GENEVA (40 min).
A bus line (bus stop 400 m away; free service in July and August) provides easy access to ANNECY. Shuttles run from the village to Le Semnoz (a family-friendly ski resort with easy hikes in summer) and from Annecy to other resorts (La Clusaz...)
Rivers and lakes for swimming, nearby mountains for short walks or longer hikes in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain biking... You can enjoy sports activities all year round.
Alby-sur-Chéran is located in the Bauges Regional Park, a mountain range rich in flora and fauna.
Friday evenings can be lively in our village: open-air theater and movies, concerts—and it’s free ;-)

as well as more unusual sites such as the Gorges du Fier and the Secret Gardens in Vaulx...
And let’s not forget the famous Lake Festival, which takes place on the first Saturday of August in Annecy.
Just an hour’s drive away, you can also explore Lake Geneva, Yvoire, Evian-les-Bains and its Cachat spring, and—on the Swiss side—Geneva and its famous water jet.
