**All rates are inclusive of ABST (Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax). There is also another Government tax which will need to be applied on the rental rate called “Tourism Guest Levy” which we will need to collect prior to or on the day of arrival. The charge is $5 USD per person, per day.

*** We have a very strict NO PARTY policy. Any additional guests who are not staying in the home or not authorized to be there, need to have the owners permission. (maximum of 12 guests only at any time, depending on number of bedrooms being occupied).
