This family home is single-storey except for a mezzanine, it has WIFI connection and comprises, on the living side, a large air-conditioned living space with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home, induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A games room mezzanine with small sea view, a lounge dining room (equipped with a TV and wood-burning stove), giving access to a shaded terrace with a pergola. For maximum comfort, all garden furniture and a gas plancha are provided. The extra touch for lovers of warmth, sun and sunbathing, a solarium veranda and a large well-exposed terrace are accessible from one of the bedrooms.
