Beautiful, Spacious Riverside Condo with River & Mountain Views

This spacious, bright condo sits right on the Eagle River with views of NY Mountain and Vail. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit also has a 2nd level office/zen den for additional room to get away from it all (and sleeps 2). The unit has a gas fireplace, a steam shower system in the master bath, a full-size washer and dryer, and parking. There is room in the garage to store your gear. The kitchen has lots of great appliances and gadgets. The deck overlooks the river and mountains and has a beautiful outdoor fountain. We have an outdoor seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub on the property.
We are surrounded by wetlands and a preserve (Note: No access March 1 - June 30). There is a nice walking trail that runs along the river. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from it all, then this is for you.

Note to fishermen: We have direct access to the river directly behind the condo but is not available from March 1 through June 30 (the area is closed due to special habitat restrictions). Year-long fishing is allowed a quarter of a mile downstream with very easy access.

Outstanding stay in Edwards

We've stayed at several place in Edwards over the years. This was our favorite place so far and one we'd like to come back to if it were available on future visits. Margot was an outstanding host, very proactive, responsive and she's really put a lot of thought into creating a great guest experience. The unit is spacious with plenty of room for all of us. We never heard the neighbors which isn't always the case in other places we've stayed. The location is a little farther than if you're staying at the Riverwalk, but we liked that aspect of it. The river is right behind this unit and it was a lot of fun to take kids down there and mess around on the frozen river. Last year we stayed on the south side of the valley up the hill and the sun sets faster there and it's colder and darker. We very much enjoyed the longer days and more sunshine of staying on the other side of the river.

Fishing TIme

The property is one of the best furnished properties I have stay in. Everything was in great working order and there were so many “little extras” that were also provided. The property is clean, quiet and safe. The location was perfect. Close to Edwards, Vail, and Eagle. My wife, if she was there, would have love all those cuteness of the unit. Finally the owner was a gem to work with. Highly recommended. I wish I could give her a six star rating.

Wonderful place in Edwards

Margot’s condo was wonderful. It was super clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, like water bottles, hiking guides and usb chargers in every room. The complex was safe and quiet. It was very peaceful to sit on the porch and birdwatch along the river. We’ll be back!

Great place

The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of baseball. The patio was great at night with the twinkle lights and mountain views.

Lovely riverside mountain escape

One of the cleanest and quietest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. Well stocked with many basic pantry items that made us smile and feel welcomed and cared about. Also, it was easy to find and park nice and close to the unit. Safe and peaceful neighborhood area. Incredible Mountain Views. Convenient location to head in any direction for adventure and fun.

Perfect Edwards location

The property was as advertised. Great view of the river and its proximity. It was very clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We were a party of four, and I used the loft as an office to work remotely. The Internet was solid. Margot was in communication leading up to the stay, and we had a couple of questions while there, which she answered very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

Everything was great from the moment we booked to the end of our stay. We were greeted with the fire place and music. Everything was super clean and organized. Margot even had a binder full of things to do, restaurants, and where things were located in the kitchen. Anytime we had a questions there was an immediate response. The located was a quick drive to the base of the mountain. We were sad we were only staying two nights. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place incredibly well stocked!

This place was great. I read all the reviews prior to booking and they were all spot on. The kitchen and medicine cabinets and pretty much everything was stocked. It is evident the care that Margot puts into this place. Really great experience.

Above and Beyond

The condo worked very well for our family of 5 and Margot is truly exceptional. We rent VRBOs regularly, and Margot's communication, organization, and genuine concern for the comfort of her guests is unmatched. The condo was fully stocked with all necessities, especially the kitchen, and there were little thoughtful extras in nearly every room. Parking was easy at the condo and driving to the Bear Lot to catch the shuttle made for several great days of skiing. We will try to stay here again in the future.

Great host, warm and inviting home

This home was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It simply felt like a home. The house was stocked in more ways than anyone could imagine. The kitchen had everything, and more, that you would have in your own home. Margot was very generous with her kitchen supplies, spices, oil, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, dry goods etc... She had high elevation cookbooks if you wanted to bake. We cooked all our meals in the house. In addition, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, bedrooms had black out windows. The bathrooms had everything you could dream of and Margot even went to the extent of providing brand new chapsticks, cotton pads, mouth rinse, makeup remover, toothpaste, toothbrush and more! We also appreciated being able to use the garage to store our skiing gear, coolers etc and to be able to unload our cars through the garage. Having 2 parking spaces was also a big plus since that is not always the case in this area. Margot is a very responsive host who answered all our questions to the best of her ability. This location is a quick drive to Beaver Creek and Vail. We highly recommend a stay there. Thank you.

This is the best stocked home I have stayed in.

When it comes to a property owner wanting to take care of every possible need you may have while staying in their home Margot has done it. This home was great for our stay and skiing. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has more that you would ever expect to find in a rental. I loved the way that everything was labeled to include the light switches. If you forgot a toiletry item she most likely has it there available for you. Thank you Margot for an excellent stay.

Perfect winter oasis

My family loved our stay here! We arrived to a cozy condo decorated in Christmas lights and a warm fire. It was welcoming from the start. Margot provided so many extra touches that made our stay perfect. We also loved the location for skiing at Arrowhead.

Feels like home away from home

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were at home, and that says a lot with how much my wife cleans! The owner thought of everything to make the stay so comfortable and enjoyable, and checked in on us to make sure all was good. It has every touch you can imagine, from the cozy fireplace to the amazing steam shower. It is centrally located, has beautiful views, and is a great deal given its spaciousness and what one might pay for a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again and very highly recommend!

100% Positive Experience

We had a completely positive experience our entire stay. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, all exceeded our expectations. The condo was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers as part of our summer vacation. Ours was a short stay, but we enjoyed the proximity to Vail. Thank you!

Serene home in the mountains

Easy check in, plenty of amenities for cooking, easy hot tub access and right down the street from Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. Margot was an excellent host and her place was everything we needed and then some.
