The overall house and property was great, the rooms were very clean the kitchen had everything you needed just like home. Having 2 bathrooms was definitely a bonus. What I loved the most was the outdoor space what amazing porch it was huge with plenty of seating. I would highly recommend this house for the trail riders it is at great area to the trail system yet it was so much more private than all the resorts that I stay at in the past. I have ridden almost every trial system at Hatfield and McCoy and I liked this place the best. Thank you Vrbo and Host Jessica.

Weekend Trip

We had an amazing time staying here! Great location to trails. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great outdoor spaces with large covered porch, picnic table, and gazebo. Amazing water pressure in showers. Washer, dryer, and air fryer in home. Communication with hosts was great.

Plenty of room

Plenty of room inside and out. Nice place. Just wish it had pillows because they are so bulky to travel with. Good locations to the trails. Would recommend

Close to everything we needed for the stay. Gas, beer, food and ice were in route to or from the trails. Everyone on the trails and town were easy going and helpful. Planning another trip in November.

Overall an average place to stay. Lag in communication with host (we didn’t have internet for one day of the stay, which was very frustrating in a non service area.) After a second attempt to contact the host 24 hrs later, they were prompt and it was an easy fix. Exterior: The outside yard needs some TLC and the propane grill igniter didn't work. (Just a small thing, but frustrating.) The porch light wasn’t working properly, which made it difficult when coming in at night, but we alerted the host and it should be fixed soon. Parking was good for 3 trailers and 4 sxs and the porch is large and easily accessible. Interior: It was surface level clean, but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Faucets are leaky, freezer drawer wouldn’t fully open, which made it difficult to get in and out of. There were missing light bulbs in every room, carpets are old and have several stains, blinds are broken (plastic bags stuck in some of the gaps) and damaged wall at the front door. Comfortably slept 8 and would easily accommodate 2-3 more people.

Toasters hold crumbs and invite animals. We are careful of this in this location. We do have an air fryer that toast bread. Thanks for mentioning the light bulbs as we have replaced them. The lighting issue was the LED lights they are not compatible with the outlets.

LOVE the porch, responsive owner, and we will be back!

The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were a few clarifications I needed to check with the owner; address was shown but when you click "get directions" and different address was populated. Items to bring was listed on the detailed page but the overview page said 3 bedrooms and didn't say bring sheets and blankets. To the owners defense, they did say check in 2 days prior. I had just got off a work trip, quick pack, and checked the property details that night, and they did respond around 1130 PM. Amazing! So my fault for not reaching out the details sooner. Lessons learned, overall we would stay here again....just make sure you contact the owner in advance.

This was an amazing stay for my family and friends. Great parking, the house was great for all of us to gather and have enough room to rest at night. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean! We loved being able to bring our dogs as well. Jessica did above and beyond for us, because my wife accidentally left behind her wedding bands. In panic we called Jessica and she made sure they got back to us by her amazing cleaning team! We will be back, and plan to stay here everytime! This is the place to stay!!!
