Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location of the condo and appreciated our communication throughout your stay. We're sorry the home did not meet all of your expectations. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was the upstairs ceiling fan. We responded promptly, and while the replacement part had to be ordered, no other concerns were brought to our attention during your visit. The additional issues mentioned in your review—including the air conditioning, linens, bathroom repairs, and other maintenance concerns—were not reported to us while you were at the property. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately if something isn't right, as we can't address issues we're unaware of. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to investigate and do everything we could to resolve them. We appreciate your comments and will review the items you've mentioned with our team. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
