We had a great time, despite the rain, the location was perfect considering that it rained the whole time .The house had everything we needed and was close to several stores. The beds were very comfortable and there was definitely plenty of space for all of my family.I would recommend this house for a large group or friends traveling together!

One disappointment was that two of the beds had plastic covers over the mattress which made sleeping less comfortable.Another disappointment was that the exterior front photo did not match the actual view. The neighbor had put in a fence that changed the look. Also the owner did not show the "A" part of the street address as opposed the "B" designation. This caused confusion. We brought our own beach chairs for comfort as the others were too heavy to haul.Lots of towels but only one bath size and a mini washcloth. I did need to wash a load of towels to have enough.Great location to reach other local areas. But as far as beach access, this property fell short.

This place was just about perfect. Location, neighborhood, access to the beach- more than we could have asked for. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and equipped. I wanted to buy the place, we loved it so much. Cannot recommend enough.

Clinton Stay

The house was perfect for us, we were in town for a funeral so we didn't spend much time there but everyone was comfortable. It is a beautiful spot and everything in the house is labeled and very user friendly.

Great location

The house is spacious with a perfect location with the beach right out the back door. The house has all the basics but does lack some nuanced amenities like a bbq grill or a patio umbrella. The hosts were responsive and the property is exactly as advertised - an incredible location for a family stay on the beach!

I never choose to go back to the same rental, I like to try new places. But this place has me wanting to return. It’s a very well stocked, very clean home with a lovely private beach in the backyard. You can’t ask for much more. We had awful weather due the the offshore hurricane, but still enjoyed our time,

Birthday Celebration/Girls Getaway

We had a lovely time despite the rain on Friday. We had enough space for everyone & I loved that we had 3 bathrooms. We could have used 1 extra mirror with all of us putting makeup on to prepare for our evenings. Loved it that we could all be together in same place as opposed to being in 3 or 4 different hotel rooms. Great time. Would love to come back in the summer.

Quick getaway

We loved the property and it’s location. The beach was literally outside the back door. The beach house was very clean and well equipped. It was a great place for a large family to stay. The only suggestions I would make are installing a tankless hot water heater as the hot water ran out frequently and having comforters on the beds. There was just a sheet and thin blanket on the beds. Overall, it was an amazing place and we would love to come back in the future!

Small Wedding Ceremony

We had a small wedding ceremony of about 12 people. The house was super clean, and the beaches were super pretty. The views of the bedrooms were outstanding. Only complaint that during the stay, a bobcat machine was dropped off and put in the area that we were using for the walkway, so it was in some of the pictures and wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Other than that the communication was great, the house was spacious, tons of appliances, toiletries, above and beyond what was needed kind of things. Would recommend this place to anyone! Enough rooms/beds/bathrooms for the whole family!

Family Vacation on Connecticut Shore

Spent a week with my family of 7 at this excellent property on the Clinton, Connecticut shore. Great location, right on the water with a strip of your own beach for your enjoyment. The house was stocked with plenty of towels for showers as well as the beach. AC systems in all the rooms that worked well to keep the bedrooms and downstairs comfortably cool. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal other than the food. TVs in every room with cable provided. Able to access streaming services on TVs very easily. WiFi worked well with multiple devices and supported 4 people working from the home. Location of house very convenient to 2 supermarkets, all local restaurants, ice cream, and Dunkin. Very easy to communicate with the property manager through the VRBO message board. Property manager was extremely prompt in replying. Check in and check out easy. Only things I would point out is that the 4th bedroom is a loft and has no door. There could be a couple more chairs for the dining table for parties bigger than 6. Similarly some more seating in family room would be nice for bigger parties. Also 2 of the beach chaises were rusted and broken. I also suggest to bring a couple of beach umbrellas. Otherwise, I highly recommend this house and would return again.
