- Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed in Highland House (except certified service animals registered at the front desk).
- Parking: Free parking is included with your stay. Highland House features an underground tunnel for easy unloading directly into the building — no hauling bags across a parking lot. The building also has an elevator for smooth access to your unit.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
