As beautiful as pictured!

This rental exceeded our expectations. The view was so amazing and beautiful! There really was no need to go anywhere if you are looking for a quit and serene escape. The house was clean, with comfy furniture, and simple, yet beautiful, decor. It had everything you would need in a rental, and much more! Additionally, all the added services that Rich Coast offered was amazing! It really made planning so easy. Highly recommend this stay and visiting Costa Rica! The people are amazing as well and so hospitable!

Great for couples and families!

Our group was 3 different families. 2 couples and one family of 4. We all had our own space which was wonderful. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and needs. There is a great beach club (25/day) 1 minute down the hill if you don’t want to rent chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again!

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property, very well appointed and spectacular up at view. We had a rental car and it was definitely needed given the long and steep road up to the house. That was no problem for us and we absolutely loved our stay!

Mr.

Great house and service. Every aspect of our trip was planned through Rich Coast. The airport shuttle, the grocery and rental delivery were scheduled with ease. The house was very clean and the car was new and smelled fresh inside. During our trip every question was answered through the app. Top notch service from start to finish!

The house is absolutely amazing. Great space, comfortable beds, and the most amazing sunset view. Our group of 5 adults and 3 kids loved it. We spent 2 days of our vacation just hanging out there and enjoying the pool and views. It’s a 5 minute drive to town where there are great restaurants, bars, and shops. The only negative Id add is the grocery delivery service. They offer cost of groceries plus 40 delivery which is a flat out lie. The true markup is 200-500%. There is a brand new, nice grocery just down the hill in town. Just go there sans save yourself a lot of money.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the space, comfortable beds, pool, and those sunset views — they really are something special. It’s wonderful to hear the home worked so well for your group. Regarding grocery delivery, the service charges the cost of groceries plus a flat delivery fee, with pricing based on store receipts. In Costa Rica, imported goods can carry a higher price than many guests may be accustomed to, which isn’t unique to this property or service provider. Many guests appreciate the convenience of delivery, though visiting the local grocery in town is certainly a great option as well.

We arrived in the evening, so it was a wonderful experience to wake up the next morning to such a fantastic view! The house was clean and well-supplied. It was so nice to be able to order our groceries delivered in advance of our arrival. Everything we needed was waiting for us! Rosy was super friendly and easy to get in touch with. The beds were comfy, and the home had plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. Loved staying here!
