Bright and cozy end unit condo in quiet complex near North Star and Beach,

Kingswood Village 2B/2Bath well maintained end unit with lots of light, two decks, gas log fireplace, and forced gas heat. Vaulted livingroom has ceiling fan and an open floor plan to kitchen/dining. Fully stocked kitchen with new honed granite countertops and modern tile backsplash, Keurig and drip coffee machines, eat in dining area for four, plus three bar stools. Easy, no fuss keyless entry system. A close drive or walk to downtown, but just far enough to enjoy the quiet of Kingswood Village if you want to get away from the crowds! Tri-level with Private King bedroom and bathroom on lower level, Queen Sleep Number bed and bathroom in loft, and sofa bed (best for children due to comfort) on main level. Private washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults plus 2 children for our unit.

This retreat is about 1 mile from downtown Kings beach and the sandy shores. Kings Beach has plenty of restaurants, Safeway grocery store, miniature golf, golf course, bike rentals, kayak and other rentals at Kings Beach, and more!

A close 7 miles to Northstar ski area with easy access off I-80. 16 Miles to Mt. Rose Ski Resort. 9 miles to Diamond Peak, 15 Miles to Mt. Rose, and18 miles to Palisades Ski Resort.

On-site amenities include a recently renovated sports complex includes tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, bocce ball court along with a community pool, dry sauna and small gym. Pool is closed in Winter.

Tart Connect is a new free bus service that will pick you up at our Kingswood Village complex. Download the Tart Connect App if you are interested.

Our unit is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell on the exterior porch at front door and has a keyless entry system for your convenence.

You must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.
** As of July 1, 2021 Placer County has added a 2% TBID Assessment fee to be collected on short term rentals in addition to their 10% TOT.

Our stay was wonderful. Very comfortable. Location is perfect just a short drive to the lake, grocery store and dining. Condo was clean and stocked nicely with anything you could need. Owner was great with communication on any questions we had! Would stay here again. Ty!

It was lovely. We had no problem checking in, and the owner kept us informed about parking, hours of pool closure, etc. The kitchen had everything, I assume, but we never used it except to warm an item in the microwave.

Ski trip

We had a great stay here. (Brother, sister and spouses) The place was clean and had everything we needed to be cozy and have fun. The slopes and restaurants were nearby and we plan to be back and highly recommend it! Kelly made the entire process easy and was immediately responsive and helpful to our questions. Thank you.

Comfortable condo

Four of us were meeting for the first time in years and we wanted a comfortable place to stay and visit. We enjoyed this condo. The living space and balcony were very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only warning is that one of the bedrooms is actually a loft up two flights of stairs from the entry. This could be a problem for some people.

Tahoe Getaway

A cozy place that is quiet and off the main highway, yet close to everything on the North and West side of the lake! Everything was as advertised with a great pool, bocce ball and courts for entertainment while at the facility! The host was awesome and very responsive to questions!

Wonderful Location

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The home was warm, comfortable, loaded with amenities and a fabulous location. Kelly was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped to make full meals which we did several nights. The pool was just steps away and was clean and lovely, we used it several times. The central location was convenient for us to see Incline, Truckee, Tahoe City and of course the lake. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Very Enjoyable Snow Trip

House was clean and as described. Very nice and quaint area. We had went as a request from our kids as their birthdayh trip, and we all had a good time. Place was quite comfortable and cozy. Would come back again.

Great weekend getaway!

We were in Tahoe just two nights around new years. The property was perfect for us (my husband, myself, our daughter, and my mother in law). My MIL took the loft and we took the bedroom in the basement which had plenty of room for a pack and play. Everyone had privacy and was comfortable. The location was very convenient to get into town/hiking etc and was very cozy. We'd highly recommend it!

Clean & Peaceful

We just got back from a three day mid-week stay and could not be happier. To say the property was clean would be a serious understatement--it was spotless. The upstairs sleeping loft had a sleep number bed and both the bride and I slept like rocks. All the comforts of home and the community pool was literally right across the road. Kelly was great to deal with. Can't go wrong with this rental.

The condo was spacious, new, nicely furnished with everything you need. Kelly got back to me in minutes when I had a question. It was a peaceful and great space to rent. J would come back for sure.
