This condo features a private balcony with beach views and ocean sounds of The Atlantic Ocean/Savannah River. Perfect place for that morning coffee. The pool and beach are just steps away. Walk out on the beach and watch the dolphins play, chill or just enjoy the serenity and gorgeous sunsets.

The condo and property were excellent and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and communicative—we couldn’t have asked for an easier place to stay. We would definitely book again!

We loved staying here! The room was extremely clean when we arrived. Sheets smelled freshly of detergent. Towels, too! Th AC in the room worked incredibly well, and we were easily able to cool off after spending days at the beach and pool. The host was very prompt with communication and answered all questions quickly throughout our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a very nice stay. The check in process was a bit confusing. Once we understood it, we helped at least three other couples who were also confused when entering the property.I would recommend staying in this area of Tybee Island as the downtown is much more crowded, particularly on the beach. The pools were clean and the room was great. The only issue for us was the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine in the bedroom at night. We eventually found a sleep mode and put our fan on high speed so we could sleep.So overall, a good stay and fairly easy to drive into Savannah.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great place to stay. The pool was nice, and the beach, which was beautiful and relaxing and a great place to enjoy the wildlife, was just a few steps away. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive. Just make sure you bring quarters for laundry.

Great vacation

Condo was spotless, owners responded quickly when the door lock didn't work. Beach was beautiful, dolphins swimming not far from us. Pool was well kept. Would definitely go again!

Great place!

Our hosts were very helpful with recommendations prior to our stay. Once we arrived, the check-in process was easy. The condo was just described in the ad, and the beach and surrounding properties were great. There is a nice pool and the beach was clean, uncrowded during the day, and beautiful at sunset each night. Would recommend this property to anyone planning a family getaway at Tybee.

Perfect getaway

Perfect for me and my daughter. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and Tybean coffee just around the corner was our go-to coffee shop each morning. North Beach is just a few minute drive, and on our last morning we went and saw the most beautiful sunrise there. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

My wife snd I were looking for a place to stay while we spent a few days at the beach on Tybee Island. This was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and provided easy access to the quiet beach for us to relax and enjoy the Sun and water.

Unit is called "the sandlot". The property is in a really good spot geography. There are multiple points of reference (visually) when driving, that you'll only have to come back from being out a couple of times before you've got it down. Also, on the property, getting around is great. The pool is a super short walk and the beach is just beyond that.Gate entry, trash disposal, elevator are all normal and convenient. Unit is beach/Tybee decorated very well and everything worked & was super clean. That being said nothing had an uptight feeling, it was homey, family-feel, like you had gotten permission to go stay at your rich aunt and uncles personal condo. I'm 6 foot 1 in and I slept every night on the pullout couch and it served me just fine.It didn't squeak, pop or feel unstable..I did this so my wife could sleep in the king size bed with our daughter; the reason I mention this, and also the last thing to note: my wife said the bed is the most comfortable mattress she'd ever slept on. She even gently lifted the corner and took a picture of the tag/label and we may be trying to fine one.We enjoyed our stay. If your interested in the mid-beach/north-beach area of Tybee Island, book this one you won't be disappointed.

Honeymoon Trip!

My husband & I love Tybee & Savannah. This is our third trip here and our honeymoon. We love staying at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club and this was our favorite condo that we’ve stayed in here. Clean, cute, comfortable & overall very homey. Loved the keypad to get in- we’ve stayed at one unit here that had a door which took a key & it was SO hard to unlock every time we came back from somewhere. This place was a great stay and the hosts were super responsive. We plan to return in the future.

Nice Location

We had a short stay at the Sandlot but it was perfect for our needs. We liked that the ocean was more calm on the north side of the island, which our 2 year old was able to enjoy but the shells weren't as good. The beach access was very close. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked very nice. The check in process was easy, the condo itself was beautiful and very clean. There was an elevator which was nice since the condo was on the 3rd floor. The amenities in the condo were nice and it was a cozy place to come back to after a long day on the beach. I would recommend this place to others.

Cute little condo on Tybee

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our mini-moon getaway. The pool was refreshing, and having the beach right there was perfect. We spent most of our time outside, but there were a few small things that we would change about the inside of the condo. The bathroom sink and shower drains need to be unclogged as both drained very slowly. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. An ice maker would've been nice to have. Overall, it was worth the price we paid and communicating with Susie was very easy.

Thank you so much Emily for the review, the cleaners do clean the drains when they clean the unit so I will reach out for them to check this out. We have 2 coffee makers in the unit, one is a Keurig and the other is a regular coffee maker. I will check both to see which one you may be referring to. We are in the process of replacing that refrigerator for the unit during off season. Nothing is wrong with it, I feel we need a newer version that have aome perks and isn’t just standard. Thank you so much for bringing these to or attention. We will check them out. Stan & Susie

Perfect location

This condo is a sweet spot right as you enter the island, away from the hustle, but walking distance from great food and coffee. The complex is extremely well managed. We met the property manager and members of the board keeping things tidy and fun at the pool. The condo itself is clean, and just what you need to enjoy yourself. Being on the bay is super relaxing. We loved watching the dolphins play.
