Welcome to Shipwatch 301-E! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on Ole River(bay-side) in Perdido Key, Florida. Shipwatch provides a relaxing retreat, a fun-filled trip, or a mixture of both for any of its guests. With its prime Ole River location, this condo offers first come first served boat docks, boat launch, and fishing pier. Staying at Shipwatch is truly the best of both worlds, as it also offers access to the wonderful, white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast just across the street! Enjoy both the Ole River and Gulf of Mexico vacation experience at Shipwatch. ***To bring a boat and trailer, we will need proof of insurance and you will purchase a $100 pass for the duration of your stay to use the boat launch and docks.

Amazing amenities onsite include two outdoor pools, (one gulf front & the one bay front, each with a gazebo), hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, and more! Guests will love soaking up the sun in the pool deck loungers while watching the kids play in the pool, and even joining in on the fun! For a friendly competition, get active with family or friends on the tennis courts.

The inside of this beautiful condo contains a great living space with a view. Enjoy relaxing in the living room, preparing a meal in the kitchen, or gathering in the dining area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and fully stocked supplies. WiFi and TVs throughout the condo provide you with all your tech needs. You'll love the beachy color pallet, inspiring a vacation vibe for entertaining or just relaxing! Smell the salt air and enjoy the gorgeous views on your spacious balcony in this corner unit.

When you are ready for rest after a day in the sun, the master bedroom generously offers a king bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower & vanity area, and a private balcony. The first guest bedroom also offers a king bed and balcony access. It shares a bathroom, with a shower & bath tub combo, with the third guest room, which is equipped with a full over full bunk making it perfect for the family or anyone who is a kid at heart.

Vacation review

Very happy with this property. We have a family condo here as well, so it already feels like home, but we needed a bigger place for this trip and needed 3 bedroom. We all were extremely please with the beauty and quality of this condo and will book again.

Much needed beach time

We loved our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Loved the sun sets on the bay. The beach is located across the very busy road. You could walk there if you wanted bit we did not try. We had too much stuff. We would definately stay here again.

Great stay

Everything about the actual room was perfect. Very comfortable place! Loved the access to the fishing, pools, and beach. The only disappointment I experienced was maybe that the hot tub was not functioning, and hadn’t been for a year, due to the last hurricane debacle. Might want to get that cleared off of your sight. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Very nice condo

Condo is in a great location. View is nice. Check in was super easy. Walk to the beach is simple, just across the street. Only minor complaint is the linens on one of the beds were sandy and clean linens were left out. I think the housekeeper just got in a rush and forgot to make the bed. No big deal. Cable wasn’t working, but Wi-Fi speed was good.

Very clean and plenty of room for our crew. Had a few issues but maintenance was helpful to resolve in a timely manner. Pleasant surprise to find the place had an ice machine in the kitchen. Also had a crockpot which was nice to preparing lunch with ease. Disappointed the hot tub on the property was no longer available. Only thing I found lacking was some quality pans for cooking. Plenty pots and pans just well used and could use an upgrade. Overall would return in the future. Probably pools and beach access we great. This is on the bay side but we didn’t mind the walk across the road. The pool on the bay side was fantastic and the kids liked it best.

Beautifully updated spacious Perdido Key condo!

The condo was beautifully done. Lots of room inside as well as a larger than normal outside area. I loved that we could bring our boat. The beds are very comfortable. They seem new to renting so the downside was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied. Unit in need of towel racks and night lights (darkest place I have ever rented when the lights go out). Also could use some extra seating as it sleeps 8, but living room only sits 5. Light over stovetop needs replacing as well. I will definitely look to return here again. I think the problems were minor and the condo is beautiful!!

Checkin easy. Paring was not a problem .. condo was very nice. Pool area well maintained. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
