Great home base for anything in Bozeman!

We stayed at this beautifully designed and equipped home close to Main Street. It’s close to everything AND is located next to a babbling brook and tucked away in a cool, quiet neighborhood. It’s lovely.

As advertised

Location was close to everything. Very cool architectural layout. Rooms are a bit small, but we had a great stay overall.

Montana wedding

We went to a beautiful wedding in Ennis, but we stayed in Bozeman. The house was perfect and close to downtown shopping and dinner. The location was perfect and the accommodations were perfect for our family of five.

Great Stay In Bozeman!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Bozeman! Our family of six had enough space and really liked this home. The place was clean, modern and had hi-speed wifi for my four college age kids. Would highly recommend working with Paul and renting this house!

Check in was super easy, excellent communication...kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Comfortable beds, extra linen in closet, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances all high end. Roof top deck and yard with babbling brook and trees all a welcome addition. Cannot not say enough good things, Do not hesitate to book here, a truly wonderful experience, walkable (12 min) to a really cute downtown with some fantastic restaurants, scenic 1.5 hr drive to Yellowstone...Go while you can!

Terrific vacation home in quaint neighborhood.

Architecturally stimulating home tucked away for ample privacy, yet easy walking distance to downtown and immediate access to a wonderful coffee shop and superb pastry store. Near Rouse Avenue for direct route to Bridger Mountain range. Small issue: Beds could be firmer and higher off floor for our preferences. All in all an excellent stay!

Great winter getaway close to downtown

We love staying at this cottage! It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 15 minute drive to Bridger Bull Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. We also drove one day to big sky which is about an hour away from the house. The house was clean and spacious with room for all of our guests with an expensive kitchen and view of the mountains from the rooftop. We can’t wait to come back!

Exactly what we needed

The location, neighborhood and amenities were perfect for staying while dropping off a freshman at MSU. I had never walked downtown Bozeman before and this property makes it easy. Close proximity to parks, boundless amenities (even bear spray) and beautiful design. Well appointed library as well. Will definitely be returning.

Tucked away in the middle of everything

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this home. We stayed there for our spring break, using it as our base camp for skiing at Bridger Bowl and hot springing it at Chico. The home is modern yet warm and is perfectly located for getting around town. I frequent the Bozeman area often, so I'm thrilled to have found this gem. Until next time.

Summer Stay Family

A nice property, with some cool attributes, but overall underwhelming. Our managers, Paul and Antoinette were very good. Very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Beautiful home in a great location

Perkins Perch is a perfect home for lounging, looking out at the treetops or sitting on the upper deck taking in the views. It is very well appointed. Paul was very kind, and we appreciated all the recommendations on restaurants and hiking. We especially loved Blackbird, Jam and Wild Crumb which are all easy to walk to from the house. The check-in/check-out process was very clear. We look forward to another visit.

Perfect Perkins

The pictures don’t do the space justice. Perkins Place is thoughtfully designed and very serene. Location is perfect for strolling to Wild Crumb or into downtown. Management was very kind and considerate of our needs with small children. The space has everything you need so that you feel very much at home. 10/10 recommend.

Clean and Modern,

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated my wife and eye, two sons (20, 18) and daughter (17) perfectly. We slept with the windows open and the sound of the running stream that borders the back side of the property lulled us all to sleep. Check-in was a breeze. Surpassed Expectations

What a perfect spot!!! The location is amazing; so close to town and in a great neighborhood, yet nestled between mature trees and right next to a creek. What a treat sleeping to the sound of a creek. Awesome star gazing from the top deck. The house itself is a gem; amazing architecture- modern and ‘cool’ yet so cozy. Great art. Great kitchen. Comfy couch and comfy beds, good books, so well thought out. The place was immaculate. I can’t wait to stay here again! Paul was so kind and easy to work with. He made the whole process super easy and was so helpful with recommendations. I wish we could have stayed all summer! :)

Stay at Perkins Perch

This modern, new, and impeccably clean property exceeded our expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the location was ideal. Situated within walking distance to downtown Bozeman, we had easy access to explore the charming streets, shops, and restaurants. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor provided a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. One unique feature that added to the charm of our stay was the stream running through the backyard. The gentle rapids created a soothing ambient noise that made falling asleep a breeze. It was like having our private lullaby every night! We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities provided. The Sonos speakers added a nice touch. The grill was perfect for some outdoor cooking, and the coffee machines helped kickstart our mornings with a fresh local brew which was excellent. The views from the rooftop deck of the mountains at Perkins Perch were great and provided a pleasant backdrop for our stay. It's worth noting that this property is not suitable for those who may have difficulty with stairs since the living and kitchen space is on the third floor. However, for those who can manage a few flights of stairs, the layout adds to the sense of privacy and spaciousness. I highly recommend Perkins Perch and hope to return in the future!
