Hollywood Review

Gustavo was a great host - there were 4 of us (3 adults and 1 four year old) and were very comfortable with the space. The beach location is great and the property is great value for money. There were a few small niggles, but given the location, space, and quality of Gustavo I would strongly recommend the property

Beautiful, convenient and easy

The condo was updated and immaculate. The building and location allowed us to spend our time at the beach and pool. Food delivery is quick and brought right to your door! Our trip was easy and relaxing.

Excellent stay!

From the beginning Marcelo was prompt in responding to any of our questions, which we really appreciated. The condo when we arrived was beautiful and clean and exactly as pictured. Check in and check out were simple. The location was perfect, right on the beach. We’d highly recommend this VRBO!

Highly recommend

This is my 2nd review for the property. We liked it so much we came back again! Owner Marcelo and property manager Gustavo are great and very responsive if any issues arise.

Vacation

Overall property was great, minor problem on Friday evening with load cars racing down street, but nothing the property owner can control. Access to beach was wonderful and pool area was nice. Communication with property manager was quick and easy- very responsive. Property was perfect for our family vacation.

Our winter getaway

The condo was very clean, comfortable and a great location. Nice beach and pool. We were surprised upon arrival that we had to pay a per day fee for parking and for a fab to enter the building. This was not disclosed by the owner. We also found the parking situation to be frustrating as there were not enough spaces for the cars that needed to be accommodated forcing us to use the valet at times. Still, we would recommend this condo and would consider staying again.

Great Girls Week Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 4 women. All we needed was sand, sun and a place to sleep. The beaches were very clean and easily accessible. We loved the four sturdy beach chairs provided, along with a cooler and umbrella. The only critique we would have is the several little things that were not provided: garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, the dishwasher is not usable because of the size and location of the refrigerator. More towels would have been helpful. Overall, great experience!

Another day in paradise

That's what I said every morning I woke up. We stayed at the property for 2 weeks. The unit has everything you need: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, great view of the ocean (and you can see the sunrise!). One thing I loved is it wasn't required to use the valet service. Either way, It's still costs $10/day. If you do use the valet, they are quick and on it. I've stayed at places where the valet is awful and required. I thought the beds were really comfortable. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Communication with owner and property manager were excellent.

Pleasant Stay

The property is older, but the condo was nice. The description of the property doesn’t disclose the additional fees, which I would prefer that it did. It’s $30 per key fob, 1 fob per 3 people and $10 a day for valet. Not expensive but not disclosed. Also be prepared to provide you own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. When we arrived there was only 1 roll or toilet paper per bathroom. When we asked the owner we were told that it was our responsibility. Maybe this is something new but not something I’ve experienced before.

Great place and location

Family vacation during the holiday season. Apartment was clean and functional and right on the beach. It was on a higher floor and had a view of the ocean. Everything worked well so no complaints. we were lucky to be able to check in a few hours earlier then the set time of 4pm so that helped. We didn't use the pool much but it does lose sun early. The apt had 4 portable beach chairs and umbrella which saved us from renting chairs on the beach. if you don't want to rent a car you can walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. You will have to pay for access fobs at $30 each to access the building and facilities and if you have a car, valet parking is mandatory at $50 per day. Common Washer and dryer on the floor and cost about $ 2.25 per load. Gustavo the host was great and followed up to make sure all was ok.

Family trip

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It’s right on the beach and the pool was great as well. It had all the amenities we needed.

It's an older condo updates are needed.

It's an older condo updates are a must. The location was right on the beach and very close to attractions. Towels and bedding I dated , shower head needs to be updated. Very surprised that we had a purchase garage bags to collect trash. Communication with property managers was great.

Great condo with great owner

This condo was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. The building and staff were great too. Anytime I had a question I could text and get a response very quickly. The only thing is I wish there were some ice trays bc the ice maker didn’t work and maybe a few trash bags. Other than that there was everything we need. It was especially nice to have beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available to use.

Friend reunion

Apartment was clean and had gorgeous views from the balcony. Check in code was a little difficult to obtain for other guests that arrived before me but once able to communicate with owner and manager it worked out. Also would have appreciated some basic amenities like toilet paper. Otherwise we loved the location and had a wonderful time!
