This location had some of the cleanest rooms and great views. I hope to return back here one day. Only issue we had was a small hiccup of not having the parking passes waiting for us. However, the host provided as quickly as they could and the location HOA was very understanding. I highly recommend this condo.

80th birthday

We rented 2 condos in this building. It worked out perfectly for all 17 of us. Right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and swimming pools for when the Littles were tired of the sand. This unit didn't have skillets and not as well stocked as the other unit but we made it work.

Hello Betsy, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are deeply apologetic about you seeing pest while on your vacation. We hope you were able to enjoy the beach and relax despite this inconvenience. We are happy to say pest control at this complex is scheduled every couple of months, and we were able to complete a spray while you were in-house. Thank you for your patience. We would love the opportunity to host you again and show you a 5-star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Good location but needs a deep clean

Location is great, beach access is great and pool is solid. The condo just needs a deep clean and some minor repairs like holes in the wall from luggage or towel racks coming out of wall and outlets that blew while we’re there (refrigerator). We did have a few roaches appear, the management company said they put in a work order. Lastly, very upsetting that I paid 2 management fees when booked thru VRBO, seems like the management company and VRBO should share their fee, not charge me twice, felt like it was hidden. The management company was very communicative with me during my stay and at least telling me they were putting in work orders, but when I asked for a discount due to the problems, they said they would get back to me but never did. I guess that was their answer

Nice getaway

Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all extremely comfortable. We had trouble with the refrigerator cooling properly and it was promptly taken care of. The rental company kept in close contact with me on every issue and I was very pleased with their quick responses.
