Tårn 3 støder op til lagune pool! INKLUDERER Sæsonbestemt strandstole & WI-FI!

Dette condo ligger på 12. etage i Tower 3 og er perfekt til et par der kan lide lidt ekstra plads, to par på en get-away weekend eller en familieferie. Nyt plankegulvgulv, skabe, granit bordplader, nyt tæppe i soveværelser !!!!!

Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng, gulv til loft-vinduer med en spektakulær udsigt over bugten, et privat bad og en 32 tommer fladskærm. Det andet soveværelse har 2 queensize-senge, den samme fantastiske udsigt, et privat bad og et 32 tommer fladskærms-tv. Begge soveværelser har adgang til den rummelige bjergfront balkon. Den nye sovesofa (foråret 2014) bringer lejligheden til denne lejlighed til 8 personer.

Køkkenet i fuld størrelse er rent, rummeligt og veludstyret. Spisepladsen har plads til 6 ved bordet, med ekstra plads til 3 i morgenbaren. Opholdsområdet har en ny sofa og kærlighedssæde og en lænestol. Alle kan slappe af i slutningen af dagen for at tale om en god tid på stranden eller se en film på det nye 39 tommer fladskærms-tv.

Når vi taler om at slappe af i slutningen af dagen, er den store balkon det perfekte sted at slappe af med et glas vin og nyde solnedgangen. Udemøbler tilbyder plads til seks.

Spis ind eller ud. Restauranter, shopping og underholdning ligger inden for gåafstand eller kun en kort køretur væk.

Hos Barefoot Beach Rentals foretager vi booking og tjekker problemfrit. Alt hvad du skal gøre er at ankomme, pakke ud, slappe af og 'gå barfodet' på stranden.

Dette er et ikke-ryger condo, og kæledyr er ikke tilladt. Den ansvarlige lejer skal være 28 år gammel og skal besætte lejligheden i hele lejeperioden.

PCB Spring Break

We came from WI to stay for PCB. Location was perfect! Close to so much and right on the beach. We loved Maureen's place and she was great and she was easy to communicate with. Very accommodating.

The ocean views were amazing!

The condo was beautifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the gulf. The beds were comfortable. Lots of good storage for clothes. The only issue we had was the kitchen was inadequate for our cooking preferences. Otherwise, all good time was had by all!

Beautiful condo and a perfect location!

Condo was very clean and nice, had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony furniture was also very nice and perfect for sitting in and watching the sunset. We will definitely be back again soon!

Loved it!

Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Floor to ceiling widows in both bedrooms and living room provide panoramic gulf views. Area is very pedestrian friendly. We would definitely book again.

Love that the condo comes with 2 beach chairs and love that the condos at Long Beach are spread out so you never feel crowded!!!

Great view, clean, easy parking, good location, nice pools

Great unit. Located on the 12th floor. It has a big balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Beds sleep good and the unit is clean. I recommend this condo.

First time Long Beach Resort

This was the first time we stayed at Long Beach Resort and we loved the resort. The unit was as pictured and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We liked having the included beach chairs and umbrella. Parking was not a problem and we did not have to wait long at all for the elevators. The resort was family oriented and all of the guests were friendly.

Family trip 2023 Long Beach Condo

This condo was a favorite for us. We have been staying in PCB for over 10 yrs now and this condo was definitely one of our favorites. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Also loved that beach chairs were provided at the beach and extras in the condo. The pool was AMAZING which was great this trip since there were double red flags the whole week which meant we spent most of our time at the pool. We would definitely be interesting in booking this condo again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

This was our first time to PCB. I am so happy we chose this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. We did not have any issues. The host communicated clearly with us upfront so we knew what to expect regarding arrival time, check out time, and supplies we would need to make sure we had. The beach in front on the condo was so beautiful (much nicer than other areas of PCB). We absolutely loved this area/condo and we will certainly be back.

Beautiful Beach Front Unit!

The unit was spacious with a bedroom suite on each side of the living area, both with a full bathroom and balcony access. The furnishings were nice, but the bathroom towels were threadbare and cheap, something I wasn’t expecting for a pricey rental. The pool bar and grill is great for nights we didn’t want to go out. However, there are a multitude of restaurants within a short distance of the unit. Long Beach Resort provides 24 hr security, so we weren’t inconvenienced with underage renters who were there to kick off their summer with a beach party.

Great location

Did not have enough toilet paper. May be due to corona virus, but you will need to bring more. Also if you plan on washing dishes or laundry you will need to bring detergent as well. We were provided 1 packet of detergent for dishwasher which I used as we were leaving. The unit was just as described and well stocked with cooking utensils. Very nice unit

Beautiful comfortable condo with great views

We were very comfortable and the beach there was wonderful. Our flight upon leaving was delayed a day and the manager went out of her way to rearrange cleaning crew so we could stay another night. That assistance on her part exceeded our expectations. Some suggestions for future quests 1, Go down and reserve your beach lounges ASAP, as you reserve them for your entire stay 2. Bring soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper, sugar, salt and pepper. 3. You can walk down the beach to Pineapple Wiley's for a drink and bite to eat. 4. You need a code to open the gate to the beach

Lot's of rough edges

It's a nice condo in need of attention and care, we checked in very late and the process was easy, when inside i felt like we were in the wrong place, looking at the rusted refrigerator was unsettling, my sister tried to clean it much as she could but the brown stains that look so unsettling wouldn't come off, it took a minute for me to accept the condition and put our food there, we proceeded to cleaning the counter tops and cupboards that had not seen a cleaning rug since last used, i was disappointed, the bathrooms were ok with plenty of towels. We washed the pillowcases 1 had makeup, the balcony door was stuck,my friend's husband used all his power to open it, we couldn't us it thereafter,hinges to that door has moldings that will make you loose your appetite if you choose to eat on the balcony, unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there and the balcony flooded, the water sits there with all the furniture submerged in water, we couldn't sweep it out coz it would go to the condo below, it was just an unpleasant trip for us, the sofa bed didn't have any linen provided, we asked for blankets and were told they didn't have any, so my friend who lives 2 hours away brought us bedsheets and 4 blankets that we needed. If you are looking for a cozy clean place with relaxation on the balcony this place is not for you....I will not talk of the hair, very dusty fans and furniture. This place needs attention.

Nice stay

We had a two week stay. The condo was clean and nice. We found that the sliding glass door to the balcony was very hard to open. If closed all the way I needed to put one arm on the back of the door while pulling on the handle. To be fair and even, we have stayed in Long Beach Resort of 7 years now and find that sliding glass doors are almost always a contest to open and close. The structure of these are getting a little dated. The kitchen amenities in selection of pots, pans and general kitchen items are not real good. It's like a random selection from garage sales or second hand stores. If you plan on a couple weeks stay or longer and plan on cooking in, you won't be happy. We found out only a day or two before we left that none of the bathroom sink stoppers in the two bathrooms worked. With such a short time left on our stay I failed to let the property manager know. I must add that the managers, the Neeland's, Maureen and Bill are great to work with. If you contact them, they respond. The issues outlined here are the responsibility of property owner. They are not show stoppers but for the money, are lacking. The balcony chairs and table is probably the best we've experiences. A special thanks to Bill Neeland for helping us out on a personal request for this unit.

It was great but

Great location!! Great views!! A really nice condo, so to set the scene we had me, my husband, my 1 year old, my mother and father in law, and my husbands cousin. Our sleeping coordinations was me, my husband and child slept in the king bedroom, my in laws slept in the two queen bedroom and the cousin slept on the couch. We loved the set up of the condo, being split and having access to the balcony from both rooms and the living room, we loved the windows and being able to wake up and look out at the beach it was amazing!! We loved how spacious the condo was, there was plenty of room in the master to have a pac n play without it being in the way, the spare room had plenty of room as well, the bathrooms were nice and big and the master shower was big enough for two people as well. The living room and dining room had moving around room as well, the only nonspacious room was the kitchen which wasn’t too bad unless you had more than 3 people in there at a time while trying to cook or clean, it nothing too bad. So the downfalls of this condo, we’ll just go room by room. Starting in the spare room the outside door blinds were broken when we got here, the door knob was loose and the shower curtain need to be washed it was dirty on the bottom. In the kitchen, the sink faucet was loose and the garbage disposal didn’t work, also we could have used more dish rags and dish towels, in the dining room some of the chairs were broken or had loose legs before we came, the balcony door was hard to open. In the master we’ll start with the bathroom the sink stopper wasn’t installed correctly and the sliding door wouldn’t lock, like it wasn’t even with the door jam or something like that, in the bedroom the blinds on the outside door broke off when we tried to open them so we left them alone the rest of the stay, the door wouldn’t lock either, the tv remote wouldn’t work the tv functions (power, vol, etc.), the lamps on the bedside table were massive and took up a lot of space on the tables. It rained one day and the balcony leaked water and we could have used a light which looked like it had been removed. Overall none of this made our vacation undesirable or the worst vacation ever, we just noticed a few downfalls while staying here. Overall we would stay here again!!
