This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to an outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute up drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

This is an outstanding property! Clean, stylish, and truly well equipped. I stayed with my mom and sister and we had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outside areas (there are several!) are superb. We had the best stay and would be eager to return.

Beautiful and comfortable 2-bedroom property with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture, and private outdoor patio. Private, off-street parking. Located in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the downtown plaza. I highly recommend the rental.

Lovely House Rental

My friends and I do a reunion trip each year. We like to stay in a place that is comfortable and close to the plaza. This house was one of the best we have stayed in. The owner was great and the house was outfitted with all the things someone costing might need. We had a great time.i would stay here again.

This place was just terrific and all as described except that it's more like a 15-minute than a 5-minute walk to the Plaza. (Wouldn't have mattered to me at all except that I have to wear a walking boot because of a fractured ankle.)The place is beautifully decorated, the beds are great and the kitchen well-supplied. Michael was very helpful and stayed in touch by text. Absolutely no problems and if we're able to return to Santa Fe for another opera festival, we'd be delighted to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We loved this little casita-it was so clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Kirchen was so well stocked. Location was nice- the walk to the plaza was about 15 minutes. Great time and we’d come back for sure!

Perfect Getaway!

First, our host Michael was gracious and very attentive to our needs. The house was wonderful! Beautifully appointed and very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were easily able to cook up a few breakfasts. We definitely hope to stay here again and highly recommend this place for one or two couples!

An authentic Santa Fe experience

It was tucked away, relaxing, quiet and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed with a close walk into town. Although sometimes we chose to stay in because it was so comfy. Michael checked in daily which we appreciated. We will be back.

A Santa Fe Gem

Michael’s property is your home away from home. We enjoyed our time in this casa which was conveniently located close to town and impeccably clean. Michael is a superb host, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is perfect. If this place is available, book it. We will do so the next time we are in town!

Perfect Santa Fe stay

The casita was perfect. It was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Michael was a kind, attentive and responsive host. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. The bedding was extremely comfortable. This short term (6 days) rental was superior to most we find in our travels.

Great place, easy walk to town

This place was a great little rental. So nice to have some milk, coffee, honey, etc. when we arrived. Really well stocked kitchen, nice stuff (like a good stainless skillet). Comfortable furniture and bed. Good design. Easy 10-15 min walk to town or 5 min drive.

Perfect Casita

We spent a long weekend in Santa Fe, celebrating my husband’s birthday. The Casita was perfect for us. We walked to Canyon Road, the Farmer’s Market, Tomasita’s, and the Plaza. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, we prefer to be able to do some cooking when we travel, and Michael’s kitchen was a dream come true. We are in Santa Fe at least once a year, and will make sure we stay at this place, again. Thanks Michael, for providing such a beautiful place!

The unique features about this property is that if you are visiting during the warmer months, every room including the bedrooms have access to private outdoor spaces and you can walk everywhere from this location. If you are visiting during the winter months and enjoy skiing, it's two blocks from the Ski Basin Rd. which ends at the Santa Fe Ski basin parking lot. During the spring, summer and fall months, the same road takes you to to dozens of trail heads that offers over a hundred miles of hiking and mountain biking trails through the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
