The Space

This home is designed for more than simply having a place to sleep. It offers comfortable spaces to gather, relax, play, and enjoy time with the other registered guests in your group.

The living room blends original mid-century character with comfortable furnishings for conversation, reading, or settling in for a movie. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, while the dining room and breakfast bar provide plenty of space to gather.

Downstairs, the rec room adds another level of fun with Xbox 360 and Wii gaming, a vintage foosball table, and a large collection of family-friendly board and card games. A separate yoga nook provides a quieter place to stretch and recharge.

Private Backyard Retreat

Step outside to a landscaped, fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and fun. Start the morning with coffee on the deck, unwind in one of the hammocks beneath the trees, enjoy outdoor dining, gather around the fire bowl, or challenge someone to a yard game.

The fenced setting adds a level of privacy that can be hard to find in a short-term rental while still keeping you close to everything Bowling Green has to offer.

Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tub

One of the home’s most unique features is the four-person Master Spa hot tub located inside the breezeway. Enjoy the privacy and protection of a covered space year-round, or open the custom garage door overlooking the backyard to create an indoor/outdoor experience.

It’s an especially inviting place to unwind after a BGSU game, campus visit, dinner downtown, or a cold Ohio winter day.

Sleep & Comfort

All three bedrooms are located on the main floor and feature comfortable mattresses, clean bedding, two pillow types plus extra pillows, and thoughtful touches throughout.

The guest-favorite purple bedroom has direct access to the breezeway, placing the hot tub just steps outside the bedroom door. The second queen bedroom overlooks the backyard, while the third bedroom includes two Twin XL beds and can also accommodate a Pack ’n Play for younger guests.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, rec room, breezeway hot tub, private fenced backyard, and driveway.

When available, we personally welcome guests with a brief orientation to the home and hot tub so you can settle in comfortably and know where everything is from the start.

House Rules

The home accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests, and only registered guests may be on the property or use the hot tub.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Sunday–Thursday and midnight–8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. No parties or events are permitted. This is an animal-free home. Hot-tub care instructions are provided on site.

We simply ask that guests treat the home with care and let us know if something needs attention so we can help promptly.

Bowling Green Lodging Tax

The City of Bowling Green has approved a lodging tax applicable to short-term rentals. Once the City establishes the effective date, the required tax will be added to reservations for stays occurring on or after that date, regardless of when the reservation was originally booked.
