Very Clean & Close to BGSU

Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Host was very thoughtful and made check in and out a breeze.

Fantastic stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Not only is this the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed, it has a great setup for family fun and relaxation. Awesome hosts as well!

This place was immaculate. It had everything you could need and more. The owner Michelle was fantastic to work with. They have gone above and beyond with this home. We will be back.

Quick weekend getaway

My wife and I was in need of a weekend getaway. We were looking for someplace nice, quiet and romantic. This place covered that and then some. Owners are nice and have thought of everything. Nice near by restaurants and things to do. The backyard and hot tub is fantastic! We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect home in BG

We rented this home for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The home was perfect. We had everything we needed. The basement “playroom” was used by our 1 year old granddaughter and our 20 year old kids. They loved the toys, games, WII, record player! So much fun! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. Perfect place for our weekend stay.

Curling weekend

Our stay was perfect! The house is decorated wonderfully and really makes you feel at home! The hot tub and beautiful back yard were amazing! Michele was great to work with - we will definitely be back next time we are in town for a curling tournament!

We really enjoyed having a relaxing stay with family. The home was beautiful and loved the hot tub and the variety of games to play. The hosts even provided treats for our family to enjoy. We would definitely recommend.

Very cute in wonderful neighborhood

The house was well decorated in a lovely area near everything. There were fun places to hang out both indoors and outdoors. Michelle and Scott were excellent hosts and helpful with local advice - best ice cream, restaurants, and short cuts for traveling around in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property

If you appreciate cleanliness - you will love this place!

My son & I took a road trip and I can’t stress enough how grateful we were to the attention to detail on cleaning at this place. The owners are great with communication & the house is wonderfully located in a great spot in town. I can’t wait for the opportunity to stop by again.

Amazing getaway

Perfect place for relaxing and unwinding. And it's in a beautiful small city with lots to do and see. Hosts are incredible, house is amazing. Not much more to say then what a wonderful weekend we were able to have. Thank you so much for making it a spectacular weekend for us.

Great stay for a family wedding in Bowling Green

One of my best stays from a vacation getaway site. Host was communicative and adaptable when we had some last minute changes to our plans. She even mailed us back some items we had left behind! The house is as advertised with an awesome story behind it; great for kids and adults alike. Beautiful backyard.

BG Mid Mod Retreat

Very nice, modern accomodations. Immaculate. Game room and backyard very inviting. The breezeway where a jacuzzi is planned will be amazing addition. Hope we can return sometime.

Wonderful week

My son attended a middle school camp at BSU for a week and we absolutely loved our stay at the Mid Mod Retreat! There is absolutely no comparison of this spotless home to a hotel room. The hosts were not only kind and thoughtful, but more than accommodating to our family and our needs. I highly recommend this home. Not only because of its proximity to BSU, but also because of the attention to detail that the hosts have taken. Wonderful place to stay!

Bowling Green Gem

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hosts have thought of everything; the kitchen is very well stocked. Many great options for entertainment and fun(tvs in all rooms, video game console, great Wi-Fi, expansive selection of games). The home was very clean and had everything one could need. The location was great. Close to all things but peaceful and quiet. The decor was meticulously selected and creates an enjoyable environment to spend time. Truly one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in.

Exceptional

Property was immaculate. Perfection in cleanliness and everything you could need was available. Outdoor Oasis is beautiful, but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to enjoy due to rainy weather. Impressed with all the detailed information/instructions onsite, for any question you may have. Highly recommend and definitely interested in another stay.

A true oasis!

I have stayed in rental homes across the world and this one stands above the rest! There is truly nothing that they haven't thought of to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing. Everything you could need in the kitchen to make any meal you can think of, endless things to entertain kids and adults, comfy beds, amazing backyard and perfect decor! We briughts our bikes and enjoyed riding around town- everything is very accessible! Highly recommend staying here whether it's for a weekend getaway (as it was for us), or visiting someone on campus. You won't regret it!! :)

Nice time!

We had a great time!! The home was beautiful and the games and hot tub where awesome. If I could say one thing is the check in process was long you meet the owners at the property ( they live next door) and they do a whole house walk through and give you your keys. I much prefer a lock box or some other access we where already in pretty late. But, it was amazing and the owners are wonderful.

A most relaxing, and well appointed, home away from home.

This getaway was more than my wife and I could have ever expected! We had a venue in Toledo, so we booked a hotel there, until we saw the pictures of this absolutely beautiful Mid-century Modern home on VRBO. We immediately canceled our hotel reservation and booked this amazing house, and let me tell you we are so very happy that we did! This house couldn't be more well appointed, accommodating, and well supplied. The owners provided everything that we could've possibly needed, and even better, they had supplied some things that we didn't know that we needed. The owners are super friendly, and easy to work with. We simply cannot wait to visit this beautiful Bowling Green oasis again! Check out this beautiful home, you will absolutely fall in love!

Bowling Green gem.

This was hands down our best VRBO stay ever. Everything about the house and it's owner Michelle was simply wonderful. The house is charming, pristinely clean (I have never seen any home cleaner), and perfectly outfitted with everything you can imagine to make your trip stress free (down to bug spray, Earl Grey tea, creamer). The kitchen was fantastically stocked. The perfectly manicured back yard was especially charming full of beautful planerts and seating. Michelle was a marvel. Log story short, we had car troubles en route to the house and ended up at a car dealer having our car looked at. Michelle even volunteered to come pick us up 40 minutes away to help us out. She is just so kind and thoughful. Now wonder her house is perfection! We hope our soccer travels take us back to BG and this little gem of a house soon.

Located less than five minutes from historic downtown Bowling Green, Ohio and approximately seven minutes from BGSU, the house has been designed as a refreshing retreat from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is equipped with many of the amenities you have in your own home, including a crock pot and a one of a kind end grain cutting board. The house features three bedrooms with luxurious mattresses, a rec room with a yoga nook, an Xbox 360, a foosball table, many board games for family fun, as well as a private backyard oasis with a fire pit and hammocks. The piece de resistance is the 2021 Master Spa hot tub in the breezeway which is private, but can be opened up into the landscaped backyard.
