Cocoonr is offering this charming 46 m² flat for rent in the town of Chamrousse, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV (smart TV), sofa and dining area for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a cabin-style bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (sleeps four)
- A bathroom with a large shower, double washbasin and washing machine
- A separate toilet
- Private ski locker

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony with a dining table and bench to enjoy sunny days. You can store your skis there if needed

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
The chairlift and ski lessons start right on the doorstep of the building.

- Skiing, sledgeing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, winter sports in general
- The world’s longest pylon zip line (summer and winter)
- In summer: downhill mountain biking, cross-country mountain biking, hiking (lakes, La Pra mountain hut, etc.); via ferrata, rock climbing, the Himalayan suspension bridge at La Croix de Chamrousse, zip lines, water ski lift, stand-up paddleboarding on the lake, etc.
- In St Martin d’Uriage (less than 30 minutes by car): outdoor municipal swimming pool (in summer), Uriage Thermal Baths, Uriage golf course, outdoor clay-court tennis, casino, 2-star restaurant
- In Vizille (35 minutes): Museum of the French Revolution in Vizille Castle
- Grenoble, 45 minutes away
If you’re visiting out of season, almost all the shops will be closed. Please don’t hesitate to check with the tourist office before your stay.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation, in front of the shopping centre.

Please note that there will be a charge for parking during the winter season, from 21 December to 23 March.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- A free shuttle bus that circles the entire resort stops in front of the building.
- Bus route 6010 stops in front of the shopping centre.
