Once you arrive, it'll be hard to leave the views from this home and the deck outside. Don't believe the hype about ski in/ski out condos. It's so nice to escape out of the crowd and have space all to yourself, to enjoy the beauty that Colorado offers. When you stay at this home, there is no such thing as leaving the mountain for the day, the views that abound in this home make you feel like you are immersed in the beauty 24/7.

When we travel, we appreciate a high quality rental home to stay in, and we have worked hard to ensure you will have that same experience here. In our home you will find high end memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, and a well stocked gourmet kitchen! Even the pull-out sleepers are memory foam.

There is a large deck with a gas firepit, a gas grill, and within steps of the deck is our hot tub with incredible mountain views. In the winter, enjoy an apres cocktail on the deck with the fire, or a soak in the hot tub. In the summer, enjoy having space to enjoy those gorgeous views on a blue sky day. They say that people come to Colorado for the winters, but they stay for the summers. This is so true for us! It is exactly why we bought our own home, after enjoying dozens of winters in Colorado, we came out for the first time in the Summer of 2020, and we were SOLD! The summer/early fall months could quite possibly be better than the world renowned skiing this part of the world offers.

This home is located, a short 7 min drive from the south end of Main Street in Breckenridge. Breckenridge has plenty of options for easy parking when you head out to hit the slopes, or just want to visit Main Street for tons of shopping and dining. In the hiking season, this home boasts a short 5 min drive to the most famous peak of the Tenmile Range, Quandary Peak. It is the most popular of the the 14,000 elevation peaks, and its definitely a bragging right to say you've reached the summit.

In the winter months, we recommend renting an all wheel drive car.
