Great Townhouse just steps from the beach! There are three bedrooms on the third floor with two full bathrooms and a balcony. The main living is on the second floor and has two additional balconies (front and back), LIVING ROOM W/75" LED TV, LEATHER RECLINING FURNITURE, kitchen (fully equipped), dining room and a half bath. The first floor has a bedroom, full bathroom, two car garage and private back entrance with a path to the pool and beach. WiFi is provided. With six beds, you can easily sleep 10 guests. Ring doorbell located on front door. Consider this home for your fall or winter get away. The weather is amazing, water is still warm, beach is quiet and the wind blows less.

We loved this place. Had everything we needed and was right by the beach. Very comfortable and woke up to views of the water. Cathy was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Convenient location

1 minute walk to beach. Stocked kitchen and 3 1/2 bathrooms were awesome. We loved hanging out in the shade on the back deck after a hot day at the beach. And we enjoyed endless laughs playing games at the roomy table. Just wish there was a bedroom without having to do stairs for Grandma. A side note. We have traveled all over the country and sadly Texas has the most litter on the beaches. Each morning we walked the beach and filled many bags with trash to make it better. Just makes us sad. If each person did that (or just took care of their trash in the first place) the ocean and sea animal life would be healthier and it would be more enjoyable for all.

Great for the whole family

This townhouse was set up really well for our family-plenty of space (&bathrooms) and an excellent location! They had lots of little "extras" available that really made for a great stay! We will stay there again!

Perfect location!

Our family had a very comfortable stay! I would recommend this condo for your next South Texas beach get away. The condo was in the perfect location a mere steps away from the beach. The condo is beautifully equipped and had everything we needed! The kitchen was very well organized and very functional for meal times. The family room was very comfortable with plenty of space for a large family. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful well furnished and nicely decorated unit! Great communication with hosts. Fantastic views from all the decks and easy walk to the beach. Access to the garage was a real bonus The space was so comfortable a lot of room for everyone and great place for evening game time. We absolutely loved it and plan to book again!

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and just as pictured in the photos. It was a great location to the beach. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions. I hope to stay here again in the future!!!

Great property

Winter Vacation

Very nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay. Quiet location close to wonderful places to eat. Excellent pool. Could have used access to a vacuum to clean up sand after coming in from the beach.

Enjoyed our stay

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental property and were very pleased with how things went! Cathy, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and the property was just as shown in the pictures! My wife and I and our 6 kids came down for a short vacation. The place was wonderful. Fit our family perfectly. Sleeping arrangements were awesome. Our kids are 21 months, 3, 6, 10, 12 and 14. We rented golf carts and drove down the beach. New grocery store was a half mile away. Kitchen was well equip and laundry was very nice. Very clean. It was just a great place all around. Nice garage. Pool was warm too. Highly recommend this place. We had a great time. We will definitely be back if they’ll have us.

Great place to get away for the holiday!

We had a great time staying for our Thanksgiving celebration. Lots of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was great for serving up the big feast. Walking distance to the beach is a huge plus. We will be back!

Annual Family end of summer beach trip

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in over the 12 years we have been making this trip. The condo was well equipped with everything from beach necessities and toys to board games to a cooks kitchen. All of the necessities were supplied as well as some niceties. The hosts were engaged but not overly so.

Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time on Padre Island. The unit was exactly as advertised and was clean, comfortable and served our family of 10 perfectly. We enjoyed being able to walk out and be on the beach in just a few steps! We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again!

A perfect place for a family vacation

A lovely place to stay, very close to the beach! It was also close to many places to eat, and a grocery store, which always comes in handy when 3+ little families are on vacation :). Keep in mind, there are a lot of stairs, so if you have any issues with knees or anything, it might be a bit of a struggle. Everything was well stocked, from the bathrooms to the kitchen, and the hosts were very prompt with communication and very accommodating! I do wish there were a little bit more storage in the bedrooms (or at least the one we stayed in, on the lowest level) as someone who likes to unpack immediately after arriving, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, we had a great stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we decided to return!

The sugar white sands on this peaceful shore are pristine, many come here to get away from the bustle of the busier beaches. This beach is the best place for small gatherings or groups to enjoy a quiet day, or even for someone flying solo to take a deep breath and get away from it all. It also serves as one entrance to the Padre Island Seawall, a lovely spot for taking a stroll or bike ride. The windswept shore of Whitecap Beach stretches 1.5 miles, and you’ll easily be able to enjoy:
