Recently Updated - 5 Bed 6 Bath Must See Waterfront Home with Heated Pool

Our home was built in 2017 but we've recently updated nearly all the furnishings. New for 2022 includes all new linens including bedding, pillows and towels, a newly stocked kitchen, new couches and tables and all new outdoor furniture!
When you enter the home you'll immediately notice the 12' ceilings and large open floorplan with full views through the slider doors out the lanai and pool. Photos don't do justice to how much space there is for everyone to entertain. The large island in the kitchen is sure to be a spot for gatherings!
On the main floor you'll find a full master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and bath with 2 vanities and a walk-in tile shower that you have to see! Off the kitchen there is a 2nd bedroom and bath that is convenient for use when using the pool. There is also a den for those that need to do a little work along with a laundry room with washer and dryer.
As you come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you arrive in a 2nd great room with mini bar that opens up to a large balcony with furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, off the great room so everyone has plenty of privacy and space.
The lanai features an outdoor kitchen with grill and a heated pool and hot tub that overlook the waterfront view.
For those that love entertaining there are 4 large flat screen TV's and a Sonos system on the main floor to connect to.
Close proximity to everything, this home is perfect for large family gatherings or fun trips away with friends!
If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, ask about our $200 rental package that offers all the necessities - 2 porta cribs with sheets and blanket, 1 rocking bassinet for infants, 2 high chairs - 1 tall and 1 that straps to a chair, 1 umbrella stroller or 1 double jogger stroller, 1 child walker on wheels, 1 bouncer, 1 umbrella or small pop up tent for infant, 2 small kids Adirondack chairs, and 1 small kids picnic table that seats 4. All items are cleaned and sterilized after each use.

This is the perfect vacation house for our family. The set up allows space and privacy when needed. The home is beautiful. It is close to stores and restaurants. The host is very responsive. This was our 2nd stay, and we hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Stay – Perfect Location and Great Amenities!My family and I stayed at this home for two weeks and had an awesome time! The house is centrally located on the island, just a mile or so from all the great restaurants, bars, and the beach—super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The pool was a fantastic bonus and got a lot of use during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Property

We were in town for our son’s wedding. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and Jim (owner) was fantastic and very responsive. The layout of the house (sitting area upstairs as well as downstairs, each bedroom with a full bath, beautiful pool and hot tub, dock, large gas grill, separate study) meant folks could gather or have space through out the week. Highly recommended!

Great house good location

Front door very hard to open and lock. Need some sun blocker in living room and drapes in master bedroom need to be able to cover the full window. These are minor things but the house was beautiful and very accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Air conditioning upstairs stopped working and within hours the property manager had it fixed.

Beautiful and Spacious

We came to Marco Island for my son’s wedding. There were 9 of us plus our 20mo old granddaughter. The house was so spacious and beautiful. We even used the pool and canal setting for some of the wedding pictures!! Jim was amazing. He was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again!

60th Bday Family Getaway….

Family group of 10….loved the house. All very easy to navigate and enjoy. Just a couple small issues that may not bother most people but the couches indoor and outdoor, patio furniture a little dated, and not very comfortable…. Minor Low Battery chirping from bedroom smoke detector, but not deal breakers…. .

Had a great time

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There were some issues with the cleanliness but they were addressed immediately. The wifi did not work 90% of the time which was an issue but all in all a wonderful home. The pool area is amazing and the rooms are all large and bright.

Really nice property and great stay

We come to Marco every year for our kids' spring break and stay in a different VRBO each time just for variety. This is the nicest one we've stayed in and was overall a great property. The pool and hot tub were great and the heat worked on both. The AC in the house always worked though we didn't need it much. Overall the house was nice and spacious and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive thought we didn't really need much.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house was the ideal choice for our large family vacation, offering plenty of space for everyone. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The property is in a fantastic location, with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool area are perfect, offering ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Jim was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, we’re so glad we chose this vacation property for our trip to Marco Island.

Perfect Florida getaway

The house is beautiful and just as pictured. It was very clean, had every kitchen item we needed, plenty of towels and even soap and toilet paper! We enjoyed the beautiful lanai and hot tub very much! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walks. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jim!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Jim’s home was a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation as a family. There was so much space to spread out, yet plenty of areas to come together. We all enjoyed the pool and the views from the dock. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom- making this a great home for both families and friends alike. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home!

This home is beautiful! Every guest had a bathroom and comfortable beds! The home was clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was ideal for fun and relaxation. Beautiful home, highly recommend!

This huge, beautiful home was an excellent choice for our group of 65 plus yr olds! So much space to spread out. Bedrooms had very comfy beds, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is often hard to find. We really enjoyed the spa most nights, especially with the cooler weather we had. We grilled out, made breakfasts, and enjoyed eating outside. We rented bikes and were able to ride about 10 minutes to the beach, also to watch men’s softball in Winterberry Park, and to ride to breakfast at nearby restaurants! This home is perfect for a group of friends.

My family of 9 adults stayed at this property. The location is great. The home was beautiful as pictured. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Common area downstairs was very conducive to family gatherings. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was an abundance of linens and towels, and it was nice to have the little touches like bathroom sink soap, kitchen soap and other basics on hand. The outdoor area was great and the pool and the hot tub were perfect. The location is convenient to all local restaurants. The upper level balcony was perfect for amazing sunrises! We highly rec this house!

We've been visiting Marco Island for over a decade and we fell in love with this home. We love having large groups of family and friends and this home is the perfect setup to entertain everyone while also giving us plenty of privacy. We'll spend as much time in Marco Island as we can but when we're not there, we'd love to share our home with others!

The location is perfect as it's centrally located on the island but also on a quiet cul-de-sac so we don't have to worry about heavy traffic. The waterfront view is amazing from the lanai or the balcony. Each of the 5 bedrooms have their own full bath and the open kitchen, dining and great rooms are perfect for entertaining. The lanai overlooks the outdoor kitchen and heated pool with hot tub.

There are many homes on the water and with pools but having all those must have amenities along with 5 bedrooms with their own baths, this home is truly unique! You can plan your next family trip or getaway with friends and be able to entertain all day around the pool and large kitchen, but then retreat to your own bedroom and bath spread across nearly 4,000sqft!
