Your Fox Run Stay

Your vacation can be as active or relaxed as you would like. Here is one way to experience Mesquite during your stay:

Day 1: Settle In & Explore

Arrive in Mesquite and head directly to Fox Run after 4 pm. Get settled, pick up dinner or groceries, and take some time to explore the property and surrounding neighborhood.

Marilyn Park is just a short walk down the hill and features a large play structure, swing set, sand volleyball court, full-size basketball court, large covered picnic area, and plenty of green space.

As the evening winds down, take a walk from the front door and enjoy the surrounding mesas before returning to Fox Run for a relaxing evening.

Day 2: Golf, Adventure & Relaxation

Start your morning with one of the complimentary activities included with qualifying MVR stays. Choose from available experiences such as golf, an e-bike rental, a Crush Golf Tee Box Session, or another included activity.

Golfers will appreciate the convenient location near several area courses, including Wolf Creek Golf Club, Coyote Willows, Sun River, and Coral Canyon.

For something more adventurous, take advantage of the exclusive MVR guest discount at Prime Polaris Adventures and explore the desert by ATV.

After your morning adventure, return to Fox Run for some downtime before heading back out to enjoy an evening in Mesquite.

Day 3: Discover Beyond Mesquite

Spend part of the day exploring beyond the local golf courses. Enjoy lunch in town, visit a local attraction, or take a leisurely drive through the surrounding desert landscape.

For a full-day adventure, Zion National Park is approximately 80 miles away. St. George, Utah is approximately 36 miles from Mesquite, while Las Vegas is approximately 80 miles away.

Return to Fox Run after your day of exploring and enjoy one more relaxing evening before your next Mesquite adventure.



Arrival Details

This is a self check-in property. You will use a secure keypad to unlock the door.

Proceed directly to the property on or after 4 pm to check in.

Your code is timed for the standard 4 pm arrival and 11 am departure.

Please contact our office to inquire about early check-in or late checkout availability.

Detailed check-in instructions are emailed once your rental agreement is completed through the guest portal.

Violations of the pet policy will be subject to immediate eviction, applicable pet fee charges, and a $500 fine.

Early/Late Requests: Available for $25 each, per property, and may be added based on availability.



Long-Stays

Reservations up to 6 months are allowed. Please reach out to our office with any questions.

For extended stays of 28 days or more, a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee will apply.
