Honestly, we recommend just driving across the street and utilizing the free skier lot. That was you are always on your time, not shuttle time!

We’re sorry that some of the access notes in our guide were easy to miss, but we’re glad there were no issues once the information was clarified. We were also happy to hear that the hot water was working again before our team arrived in the morning to check it out and provide mouse traps. Since then, we have not had any issues, and we sincerely apologize that it wasn’t operating correctly when you reported it. The unexpected construction was unfortunate, and we’re truly sorry you had to deal with it during your stay. With everything considered, this is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We’re glad we could reach a fair resolution with compensation, and we hope it demonstrated our efforts to make things right.
