Great location

We love Cape Shores and the Lewes DE area. Great distance to the water with little children and nice trails to ride bike. The house had everything you could need and the kitchen was especially well stocked. We also loved the sun room with a view of the bay!

Beach house in Lewes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a lot of houses in a lot of different places, but this was probably the most comfortable and best-located house we have experienced. The only downside had to do with "amenities"; when spending this amount for a week's rental, to arrive and not have even token amounts of necessities like garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher soap, or hand soap, seems thoughtless and unnecessary,

Another Great Rental w/BH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we have for the last 12 years, we enjoyed our stay at 113 W. Cape Shores. It was a delightful experience. The house is large, clean and conveniently located to the Bay and Pool. Our party of 8 couldn't have been more comfortable. And, again, as usual, Maureen Kyritsis at Berkshire Hathaway in Lewes was the consummate professional. We are already planning our 2025 stay with her. We give the house, BH and Maureen a 5 star rating!

Lewes Beach Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. Was a little concerned what we might find in a beach house off season but everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen, super clean and everything worked without a hitch. Easy check in/out at realtor who was also very helpful before we got there.
