This cottage is recently renovated and sleeps 5.
Enjoy Beautiful views of back bay from the covered porch in a gated RV resort and 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. The resort has 2 pools, sauna, fitness room, basketball, tennis, golf cart rentals next door and make sure you bring your fishing poles to use at the Beautiful Sandbridge Fishing pier right around the corner. Wifi is only available at the club house.

Great location!

Stayed four nights and the weather was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped: we had a taco night and a spaghetti night. We enjoyed playing pickleball and going for walks around the resort. We spent most of our time at the beach of course, and it was dreamy.

Wonderful location!

Very clean and well maintained unit in a beautiful location in Sandbridge on the back bay. Just a short walk to pool, beach, clubhouse and Baja restaurant.

Great visit to Sandbridge!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The place was clean and the owners were great answering all questions as well as the check-in process. It was convenient to the pool and beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Our home away from home

This is our second trip to Sandbridge beach -2021 and 2022. We love the beach, the community and the Captain's Quarters. The property is clean, the owner was very responsive, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, laundry area, playground if you have little kids and swimming pool. We had a memorable stay and definitely would like to do it again and stay in the same place if available. Marycel

Very convenient

The property was exactly as advertised. The biggest benefit I found was the convenience within the "outdoor resort". The property was right at the front making for very easy access to the beach, the pool and the restaurant next door. The owners were very accommodating allowing us to arrive very late at night but still walking us through the check-in process. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean Unit but a Couple of Issues

The unit was very clean. However, it took us 3 days to get the TV working. The grill was unusable, dirty, rusted and we could not get it to light after cleaning it. We also had a problem getting the lock box to stay closed after we returned the key to it.

Wasn't impressed and the unit needs updates

I can't say we'll be back to this location again. It's an excellent location for the beach, and the owners were very helpful and quick to respond, but the unit needs upgrades. We have a short-bed F150 and couldn't even park at the unit. We had to back in diagonally and almost touch the unit to fit in the "2 spots". The AC didn't reach the main bedroom very well, so we had to have the fan on high. You couldn't have it on medium or low, or it'd make annoying loud noises. The sofa bed desperately needs to be upgraded. My 8-year-old slept on it (not sure how she could sleep), but the sides went in like a V shape when she was in the bed. The futon was okay, but my 10-year-old said it wasn't comfortable. The freezer hummed so loud that the AC had to be on 24/7 to block out the noise. I notified the owners of the issue. Everything was all sand and felt sticky. Before everyone says, "You're at the beach, what do you expect." I get that! I used to be a local. But before you leave the cabin, you're supposed to clean everything. I don't think the owners check the unit between each guest. It just felt dirty. We didn't use anything besides the beds and bathroom in the unit. I wasn't impressed that we paid the price we did and were expected to clean before leaving. Every time we stayed somewhere from VRBO, we never had to clean it before leaving. The restaurant RIGHT beside the campground plays live music until midnight, so heads up if you have kids because it's very loud. It wasn't for us

A delightful stay!

We came to visit family. It was so nice to be close to the beach and to be able have some home cooked meals. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well taking advantage of the resort’s amenities. We definitely recommend Captain’s Quarters!

Virginia Beach Stay

What a wonderful stay we (my husband, myself and our 14 yr old granddaughter) had including the first night with heavy rains!!! Went to Baja Grill the first night for dinner...had a bit of a wait but the meal was well worth the wait! Our location was very convenient to the Beach...within a 10-15 minute walk!! I highly recommend this location and VRBO!!

July 21-26,2022

We actually had a great time. Our 3 young ones, had fun playing at the nice playground, playing basketball, fishing on the bay, and playing in the pool. Short walk to the beach. The rv park was nice and clean, and all guest we ran into were nice. The Grady’s were super responsive with any questions from the first day we booked up until we checked out. The rv was nice and clean upon check in. Got great pictures of the sunrise at the beach and beautiful pictures of the sunset at the bay. Definitely would stay again. Already trying to plan for next year.

Weekend getaway.

The stay was great, our lodging provided us a place we to visit with our granddaughter and her family. The location of the beach” short walk”, the play ground and pool were great to have some grandma time with the grandkids. We were able to have a family meal and have some quality family time. The host Wendy were helpful and very accommodating. I definitely would stay again. Thank you

Awesome vacation rental!

Everything about my stay was perfect! We were steps away from the pool and the bay. Lots to do inside the RV resort. Staff in the office were so nice and super helpful! The camper was clean and comfy. We parked at the fishing pier which was a blockish away and went to the ocean from there. The owners are super nice and really helpful also! Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!
