With a surface area of approximately 95m² (1,000m² of land), it gives pride of place to noble materials: wood (moabi), cut stones, copper taps/lighting/ladders, thatched roof, waxed concrete... all enhanced by a sober and neat decoration.<br><br>We let you discover it in detail:<br><br>The villa:<br>- a first air-conditioned bedroom with an 180x200 bed, an en-suite microcement bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the pool and the garden;<br>- a second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an adjoining waxed concrete bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the swimming pool;<br>- a third air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a mezzanine with two 90x190 single beds accessible by a ladder and an adjoining microcement bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet);<br>- a living room with TV and Wifi, dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen - all with a view of the pool, the garden and the ocean;<br>- a separate toilet with washbasin.<br><br>The Pool House:<br>- a sheltered outdoor table that can accommodate 8 guests;<br>- a kitchen with fridge/freezer and sink.<br><br>The exteriors:<br>- a large salt swimming pool (maximum dimensions 13m*8m / maximum depth: 2m / alarm protection) with sea view;<br>- a tropical garden with a brazier that can be used as a barbecue (wood provided);<br>- direct access to the beach (common access gate to the villa upstream);<br>- two reserved parking spaces (common to the villa upstream).<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you,
