Hi Katie, a Thank you for your feedback! We always take our guest comments to heart so that we can continuously improve to deliver the best guest experience we can! That said, I had no idea that the salt shaker doesn't work with the salt we have available. I had no idea and will talk with our maintenance to correct this issue. As for blankets, we should have our quilt covers for each bed in the bedroom closets. Did you check to see? And you can also increase the indoor heat temperature on the thermostat. If you had reached out to us that you were chilly and wanted more support, we wished you would have reached out. Anyway, we are happy you had a good stay and wish you the best of luck!

Hi Ernesto, Thank you for your feedback! We always value our guest comments so that we can continue improving to deliver the best guest experience to everyone we host. That said, our home is professionally cleaned against a check list of over 75 itemized tasks. That said, the outdoors often gets dusty, especially with pollen during the Spring season as we are literally surrounded by nature. Everytime our cleaners come, they wash things down, but then pollen just comes back as it is pollination time. Welcome to the Smokies! But, we will definitely ask our cleaners to check the outside patio and deck areas more often. As for our toiletries and soap, they should be filled with enough supply for your stay with us. Just like many hotels, they do not get refilled to FULL after every stay, but are refilled when they are indeed too low. Our cleaners have only a finite amount of time to clean and make the home ready for our next check in, so they know how to manage their time in order to juggle all of these needs and tasks.
