We love this house and we stay there regularly. It is part of our family history: I have been coming to Audierne since I was born, learned to swim on this beach in Trescadec. I have always met my ties there every summer, uncle, cousins, friends. It is therefore a place deeply rooted in our lives, which we have gradually renovated to make it a comfortable, bright and warm house, where you feel good in all seasons, even when the Breton sun is more discreet.

It is particularly pleasant for 6 people while accommodating up to 8/9 people depending on the composition of the group.

Its large wooded garden is a real living space on sunny days: outdoor meals, aperitifs back from the beach, bbq on the terrace, quiet reading, games or simple relaxation to the rhythm of the sea air.

The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Living in the house:

The house consists of 5 bedrooms.

On the garden level, a large bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed has its en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with 90 cm twin beds and two with 140 cm double beds. One of them has an office and a small sea view.

The house has been designed for stays with family or friends, with spaces allowing everyone to preserve their rhythm. It is particularly comfortable for 6 people and can accommodate more as needed.

The atmosphere is deliberately simple, warm and lively: a home where you can cook, read, play, socialize, and enjoy both sunny days and quieter moments inside.

The garden and outdoor life:

The large garden with trees naturally extends the house.

On sunny days, you can have meals, sit there to read or simply enjoy the calm and the sea air.

It is a particularly popular area for children, who can play in peace while the adults enjoy the terrace.

The beach and activities on foot:

The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot: just go down a small road and then cross a second street.

In the immediate vicinity there are also tennis courts, a table tennis table and an outdoor fitness area accessible via QR code.

At the end of the beach are the nautical centre, the diving club and the pier for the Ile de Sein. The sailing club can be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot along the coast.

Hiking enthusiasts can easily reach the GR34 as well as many trails to discover the coast, the chapels, the washhouses and the fountains of Cap Sizun.

Audierne and Cap Sizun:

The centre of Audierne can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes, including a pleasant walk along the sea and then the port.

You will find shops, restaurants, terraces, covered halls and a market, especially in season.

Supermarkets are about 5 minutes away by car.

The house is also an excellent starting point for exploring the region: the Pointe du Raz, du Van and the Baie des Trépassés (surf spot) are about 15 minutes away, Penhors 30 minutes, and Quimper or Locronan about 30–40 km away.

A cuisine for local products:

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a 3-burner induction hob and an oven.

It allows you to take full advantage of the products of the region: fish, shellfish, langoustines, market vegetables, cheeses, honey and other local specialties.

Audierne and its surroundings also offer a wide choice of restaurants: creperies, gastronomic tables, takeaway meals or simpler addresses by the sea, several of which are also within walking distance
