Welcome to the Blue Water Complex in Atlantic Beach. This top level unit offers one level living in a comfy 2nd floor condo and can sleep up to 7 people. This unit offers 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths overlooking the pool with ocean views. Easy one block walk to the beach through a public beach access which is right across the street (beach wagon provided for easy transport of beach supplies).

Pool opens mid May and stays open until the end of September(weather permitting).
No boat or boat trailer parking.
Park in the assigned area only. Two covered spots marked `Unit D`. Limited overflow parking. Do not park on the grass as this will damage the septic system.
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

**Please use fan when showering and allow moisture to dissipate before turning it off.**

**No parking in the grass areas due to the septic tank. Parking on the grass will cause damage.**

*Wash, dry & put away any dishes/utensils used during your stay.

*Remove all trash from the unit.

Nice property. Short walk to the beach. We went during a tropical storm so we didn't have much to do. But the home is clean and nicely updated. Rooms are comfortable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We had a baseball tournament that weekend and needed somewhere to stay. My favorite part was the location. We could walk to Dollar General, the restaurant, and the convenience store. The short walk to the beach was easy! We wanted to stay again this fall for a couple of nights but it was a 3 night minimum. But we will try again.

Disappointed

Arrived and the unit had not been cleaned and the linens were dirty. So we had to scramble to clean the unit. Our key didn’t open the gate to the pool. So we had to wait until others were in the pool so we could go. Very disappointed with our stay! Waiting for cleaning fee refund.

Thank you for the feedback. We sincerely apologize for the hassle and inconvenience you and your group experienced as a result of the mistake made by our cleaning service. Our goal is to have the unit 100% clean and ready for guests at time of check in. Our cleaning service has had an excellent track record--this was definitely outside the norm. We have revamped communication with our service provider and expect no further issues. With that said, in light of your experience we made arrangements to refund your cleaning fee and are happy to see that you have cashed the check. In spite of this mishap, we hope you enjoyed your visit to the Crystal Coast and will make plans to visit the area again in the future. Thank you!

Family vacation

The unit was very nice. It was clean, well equipped kitchen and the full size washer/dryer were great! The pool was almost always empty which was awesome especially with the baby. The beach equipment in the storage area we could use was a definite plus. The owners were quickly responsive to questions and concerns. We would certainly stay here again.

Long weekend getaway

This was a clean, nicely appointed property. Easy access to a beautiful beach. The beach chairs and wagon were a nice plus. Ample bath and kitchen towels were provided, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with necessities for cooking. The location was great and convenient to all of the things we love in the area.

Nice but some issues

Liked that it was on the top floor. However, people below us said we were loud so I was always worried about the kids running or being up late and making noise. The pool was smaller than I thought. Location in Atlantic beach was good and close to Morehead city and Beaufort. Didn’t like the distance/walk to the beach.... especially if you’re carrying chairs, toys, and tents. They had a little beach cart you could pull like a wagon but the beach access has a lot of stairs and so you can’t take the wagon up the stairs with all the stuff in it. And of course we had way more stuff than what would fit in the beach cart. Didn’t like crossing the main street. Busy with LOTS of cars. Nice that they have six beach chairs provided. Furniture was low quality but worked. Beds were comfy however me and my husband were waking up with bite marks on us. The water in the kitchen sink kept backing up and was hard to use and keep clean. Like that there is a hose outside to clean off all the sand and that there is a little storage room to keep everything separate from the house down on the main floor where you park. It was nice to have a place to put everything so we didn’t have to get our unit sandy and haul everything up and down the stairs. The ceiling in the guest bathroom was moldy. The unit had excellent air conditioning and it was always very cold! TVs in each room were nice smart TV’s. We never ran out of hot water when everyone was showering! Liked the updated flooring. Just wish it was easier to access the beach and that we didn’t have to worry about bothering the people below us.

Hi Tina, Thank you for the feedback. I am glad that the beach cart was of use. Yes, it is difficult to get the cart up the stairs at the beach, but I am glad that it served it's purpose of getting your beach stuff from the unit to your destination. Each time a guest arrives, there are fresh sheets on the bed that have been bleached and washed by the cleaning crew. There is also a mattress cover on each bed to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. We have had no other complaints about bug bites so we will definitely monitor the situation. Perhaps a stray mosquito or two make it into the unit as we have had quite a bit of rain. We had a plumber come out to the property to snake the sink prior to your visit. It appears our guests like to use the sink to wash sand off belongings and that may be the cause of why the sink is running slow - that is why I am happy that you mentioned the hose to rinse sand off - plus there is an outdoor shower. The plumber will be back out to look at the sink again. I am sorry that the neighbors below put a damper on your vacation as I am sure that your family is very respectful. Great Place

The place was amazing and just a short walk to the beach! The Pictures were spot on and it was very clean. We arrived in time on the 4th to see fireworks from the deck! I hope to get back there and would definitely stay there again.

Atlantic beach is the perfect beach vacay!

Close to everything on the island. Comfortable and clean. Room for everyone and so close to the beach! Just a short walk or drive. Public beach parking across the street is free all week and 15.00 on the weekends. No need to leave the island unless you just want to! Everything is right here. Would definitely visit Again! Thanks for renting us your property. This trip was just what we needed!

Very Satisfied

The property was clean and in very good condition with many updates and modern appliances. Very close to the beach and to other sites we wanted to see. The pool was great and very refreshing after a day at the beach. Very Satisfied!

Family vacay

This was the absolute cutest beach condo that I have ever stayed in! The listing is the most accurate listing on VRBO that I have ever come across. The pictures were an exact representation of what the condo looked like. I love how all the rooms had the same bedding. It made the house look so put together. There were plenty of towels, and there was a book with instructions, phone numbers, things to do etc. I will definitely keep this property on my favorite list.

Fabulous condo, great attention to details!

We loved our stay at Virginia's beautiful condo! The décor was inviting and fresh, there were many mirrors and a lot of bright light. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. This condo has beautiful, clean, modern appliances. The kitchen is large and well-stocked for cooking. What most impressed me were the extra thoughtful details around every corner: Not just salt and pepper, but salt and pepper grinders; Starbucks coffee pods for the Keurig for the first morning; dish detergent and laundry detergent pods enough for our whole stay; paper plates and bowls that we used for a picnic on the beach; extra towels; laundry baskets in the closets; extra toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms; makeup remover wipes like at a hotel. We felt completely pampered! We were surprised to find cold and frozen bottled water in the fridge in the storage unit to easily take to the beach or the pool with us! The college-age kids enjoyed the selection of movies and games on the TV and the wi-fi password was visibly posted. Sadly, we could not find a guestbook to sign. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you so much, Virginia!
