Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location

Very nice place walking distance to everything in Telluride. Large space with nice kitchen and living area. One king bed and two queens was exactly what we needed. Showers awesome!

Amazing apartment / Unbeatable location

Really a wonderful and incredibly spacious apartment. The location is perfect, in the middle of town and only steps to the gondola.

Telluride in October

We've been to Telluride for Columbus Day weekend many times and this time was no disappointment. Great accommodation and location.

Great Location

Very spacious 2BR / 2 BA condo located two blocks from the gondola. Perfect set-up for 4 to 6 people. The unit is very comfortable. Having access to the ski storage closet on the ground floor is an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again if we can.

We ve been coming to telluride many times to ski. This place is among the best. Spacious w lots of storage for gear and well located w garage pkg. well equipped and an elevator and luggage caddy

Perfection!

I couldn't be happier with our stay! Is there a 6 star level? Because they are! The level of service we received, is the best we have ever had and we use VRBO quite often. Everything was perfection. Every. Single. Detail. I am so happy with our stay and really cannot wait to return! Thank you from my family to everyone at Latitude 38.

Ballard North is a great place to stay

I have stayed in three different locations in Ballard North. This one is nice as it is on the opposite side of the street from Smugglers, so quieter if you are going to bed early. The beds and linens are top notch. Extremely clean and well located to hiking, lift 8 if you are going to the plunge, or gondola if you want some blues and greens. The wine opener was bent, but still worked. I hope they replace that. The silverware was a bit sparse but adequate. All other cooking and eating items were top notch. Don't hesitate to book this place. Furnishings, hooks for clothes, closets, washer / dryer all good and perfect for skiers.

We own a short term rental company in Breckenridge/Summit County area so this is our business. We arrived for a desperately needed eight night/nine day vacation recovering from cancer and a broken back. We paid top end price to enjoy this property. The afternoon of check-in we arrived to major construction on another 4 unit condo (total exterior renovation since May) happening only 20 feet away from the balcony we had hoped to live on, the living room we had hoped to enjoy, and the master bedroom we had hoped to rest and recover in. We had no advanced warning. This construction went on for 5 more weekdays from 7 am -6 pm. Daily we reached out to Vacasa and their canned text reply was "we have let local managers know and we will get back to you". We NEVER Heard from the local Vacasa managers regarding this issue Eventually, after daily vlogs sent to Vacasa of the construction noise that was constant hammering, sawing, etc. they said "we are sorry". As Short Term Rental Hosts ourselves to 1000's of guests annually, would never host anyone without giving them advanced warning with the options of a free cancellation, an upgrade to a different property, or a significant price discount for the inconvenience and exhausting noise that ruined our vacation. To prospective future guests: The property is amazing in its location BUT... if you hope to have any needs addressed while you are there, do not count on Vacasa to come through. Read other reviews

Fantastic ski condo

Loved my stay in this delightful rental property. Spacious, clean and well furnished, we really loved staying here and felt totally at home. The location couldn't be better; it's a short walk to the lifts and also just adjacent to the Town Park walking trails along the creek. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals and the outdoor grill was a major plus! Just a great place to come back to after a hard day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay!!

The best location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is clean, modern, and roomy. Everything is within walking distance. The elevator from the garage takes you up and a few feet from the door of the unit.

Great unit

This place has plenty of room and was convenient to everything. The parking garage was a huge plus for us. We saw lots of places that had small parking places. We parked and never got in the car again until we left. There is no AC but we knew that going in and it was not a problem for us. The only thing that I had to report was when a strong wind was blowing and it blew open the patio doors and somehow knocked a screen off one window. We discovered the rod in the door was not going down like it's supposed to. I had no trouble contacting someone on the number provided and he was very friendly. We were able to find a temporary solution until they can check it out. We loved Telluride and was very pleased with our stay.

Great place. A few issues

The space is really nice. Large living room. Really nice bathrooms. Bed are comfortable. When we arrived the fridge and freezer were not working. Also we had no hot water. I was difficult to find someone to help us with these issues. We were on hold for an hour and no response. We were able to turn on the valves that had been shut off to the hot water heater. And had hot water but no one assisted us with this. We finally got hold of a person and they looked at the fridge the following day. The fridge was fixed but freezer never worked. We were promised a gift card to a restaurant and a bottle of wine for the issues but that never happened.

Great location, very comfortable, lots of space

This apartment is a perfect location for any season. Close to the lifts and town park. Easy to walk for dinner and shopping and to the free gondola. The apartment has lots of space for a comfortable vacation. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and lots of closet space. Beds are comfortable. This is our second time staying in this building and this apartment is way better in space then other one! I would have given it a 5 star reviews but there were a few issues that are easily fixed. But the it seemed that the mgmt did not really want to deal will us after we reached out to them the first day to ask where the key was for ski locker and some other issues. Washing machine needs a good cleaning -- mildew inside. Dryer takes over two hours to dry clothes. Kitchen needs new pots (the management company did give us new pans). We were there for two weeks and cooking was very hard. The apartment is lacking in enough utensils for cooking and all the pans and pods are destroyed. There are not enough dishtowels too. Management needs to check all TV remotes. Batteries were dead and corroded. One of the towel racks in masterbath was unusable because it kept falling off the wall. Apartment has a really nice deck with BBQ but there is no light on the deck. Makes it very hard to cook at night and the door pops open if you are not really careful to latch it close. The building management and apartment management appears to be different and we kept getting note on our door to not bring our skis into the apartment, which we never did. These are minor easily fixable issues and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable but some issues

We enjoyed this condo as it was in a great location and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The condo is quiet. We tried to contact Vacasa 3 times over the first two days with questions and each time we were put on hold and no one ever answered. The 4th time someone in a different state answered and could not help with the question as it was regarding the Latitude 38 Clubhouse, which is local to Telluride and included in this property. The vacasa agent did not understand/know/was not willing to figure out anything about the clubhouse. He actually asked if I had internet access so I could search for the information myself, as if I hadn't already exhausted my own resources before calling vacasa for the 4th time to sit on hold to then talk to an out of state agent. There is no direct number provided for the clubhouse and only an email address that went unanswered. We haven't rented anywhere at this price point (14k) where a homeowner or management company wasn't available to answer questions and resolve issues. This was a big disappointment. When renting at this level, there is an expectation that someone will be available to assist the renter. There wasn't a key to the ski locker, as there should have been, and we couldn't get anyone to answer the vacasa number the first two days of our stay so we managed without the ski locker and without the clubhouse. The bathrooms had hair all over the place and clearly weren't vacuumed/cleaned before our stay. The bedding in the master needs to be cleaned and updated (the sheets didn't match) as it was dirty, along with the bedskirt. The mattresses are fine but the pillows are terrible. For 14k, bedding should be clean and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay because Telluride is beautiful but this property and the management needs some attention.

Convenient location and basically 2 Master bedrooms

We have stayed here the last two years and really enjoy the convenient location. The layout is perfect for 2 couples which is hard to find. There are pros to each bedroom so I’m happy with either and the kitchen/dining/ living area works great. The only negative is the living room could use a fresher look and the kitchen could use some reorganizing, purging and purchasing some things to make cooking easier. And, you have to memorize a different code for the garage, street passage door and a 7 digit code to enter the condo with none easy to remember or related to anything that would help you recalL. I appreciate security but at times it was frustrating with arms full of stuff and winded from altitude to have to open your phone and find all the codes. Sounds silly but it was a bug for all of us. But I do recommend this unit and would be happy to stay here again.

Location is perfect!

Location is perfect, property management is not 24/7 as promised....take note of which Ballard Building you rented in, as I rented the. North building, but tried to check into unit in South building, no property manager answering phone to set me straight....unacceptable.
