"Current Situation" has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath.  On the first floor,  is a King bedroom, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchen and dining room as well as half bath and a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee.  Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a king bed and en suite bath, King guest bedroom and shared bath, along with a Bunk bedroom including a full over full and twin over twin bunks and a laundry room.

Blue Mountain Beach, with its hilltop dunes, presents spectacular views of the South Walton coastline. This special part of 30A is named after its native blue lupine flowers, and is known for its unbelievable sandbars for fishing and surfing. Blue Mountain Beach offers delicious food choices, beach boutiques, art galleries, and a small general store all within a short walk from the home. Don't forget to try the best homemade ice cream in the south at the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, a very popular hot spot on 30A. Tacos and Margaritas await you at Red Fish taco a true Blue Mountain Gem! And for some super healthy food, you'll want to stop in at "For the Health of It" for a delicious smoothie. * A starter set of toiletries and products are provided when you arrive. this includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampooo, conditioner and bath soap along with 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, dish soap, a few detergent pods and laundry pods just to help you get settled.

Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee
