Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this modern condo is within walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles.

This spacious condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer visit with a full kitchen, comfortable family room, and relaxing bedrooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, glasses, service ware, and flatware. The family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play games, and visit. Everything was perfect. Great communication, answers quickly ,and flexible to our needs. Everything was clean, great comfortable mattresses and location was close to everything historic and beaches. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt is modern, well equipped, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the Historic district where all the action occurs. When we arrived at the property we could not gain access with our personal code. We called Jordan and he sent Chris to rectify the situation. Chris arrived within a few short minutes. Customer service is exemplary. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have had the pleasure of visiting St. Augustine on multiple occasions. This time I chose to stay in a house rather than a hotel, which proved to be a wonderful experience. The house was conveniently located in close proximity to the main attractions, allowing for easy access to various destinations by foot.

It was so clean and convenient because we were there for a wedding and it was very close to downtown! Also very dog friendly. Our 7lb Yorkie was safe and happy. I only wish both bedrooms had a television.

Heart Concert at Amphitheater

The apartment is comfy and clean. Feels a little like home . We were walking distance to Bar None a cute little dive bar. We walked over after the concert at the Amphitheater and enjoyed a drink and some live music. The beds were very comfy in the apartment and so was the living room furniture. The air conditioner is ice cold which is great in the Florida heat!Highly recommend!

Great stay

This is the most relaxed I’ve ever been in a vrbo. The ones I’ve stayed in the past only offered the bare minimum. This host went up and beyond. Lots of linens (including beach towels and blankets), everything in the kitchen (even scissors and lighters with spices!), and even lots of cleaning supplies and soaps. Literally if I forgot anything it was already there for me. Will definitely book with this host again.

St. Augustine Condo

Condo was clean upon check in, very accommodating and a perfect place for our 2 night stop. Just a short drive across the bridge to explore historic D.T. St. Augustine. We would recommend adding a lamp and a luggage rack in the primary bedroom though.

Most convenient location

Clean unit as described with up-to-date electronics and located perfectly for our St. Augustine Alligator Farm visits and our favorite O' Steen's restaurant, as well as the city and the beaches. Have stayed before and will go back. Host was quick to respond to any inquiry.

Great layout and close proximity to downtown St Augustine. Property Mgr was very responsive with communication. Check in process was easy and property was well stocked and clean.

Convenient location

We stayed in this condo over Christmas holiday. It was clean and sufficient for our needs. We walked across the Bridge of Lions to see the nights of lights....fantastic display. Christmas is an extremely busy time here!
