This was the perfect house for our family to stay in. It was in a great location that was only a short 2 block walk to the beach and an easy drive to anywhere in Destin. We also enjoyed the pool that had a nice shaded area to hang out. Jan was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised, and everything was in good working order. It was clean, and it had anything we needed for our stay. Pool/outdoor area was a highlight for our family. The beach is a very short walk away from the house. We did get the golf cart for the grandkids and it was nice and worked great. Plenty of beach toys, floats, and chairs make it convenient. Jan was great to work with.

This house had plenty of room for the 14 of us. Well thought out spaces. It was a couple minute walk to the closest beach access and just a 15 minute walk to the Crab Trap Restaurant and large public beach access. Great location! The pool had to be the best part of the house! Great for the kids and adults. Jan, the host, was very accessible and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. There is the option for a golf cart and to have the pool heated. Something we found out after we booked. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again!

Best house ever.

We have been staying at different locations and houses annually for the past 10+ years with our children and grandchildren. It was agreed upon by all members of our family that this was the best house ever. More than lived up to expectations. House was immaculate, pool was outstanding and owners helpful and responsive. Great location to beach, dining and activities.

Spring Getaway

We are a group of 7 adults who regularly travel and stay at rental homes. The group agreed that this home is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The outdoor pool area is well thought out and we spent many hours out there. The layout of the home with 3 masters with en suites on the main level is great for the early risers. The walk to the beach is quick and easy; we went down nightly for sunset walks! Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again.

We’ve been vacationing on the Florida coast for over 20 years. We have found our forever house in which to stay. Everything, and I mean everything, has been thought out so perfectly. Spring Break get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beach haven. Having our own salt water pool and hot tub was incredible since the ocean was rough and cold. We paid to have the pool heated. There was a problem one day but our hosts had the pool guy come out and we were back in business the next day and we received a credit for the day it wasn’t heated. The neighbors were mostly quiet but not completely but even that didn’t detract from our stay. The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out.

Loved it. Asked manager for help and got immediate response. I speak for all that very impressed with the overall inventory of cooking utensils, bath needs and tv,s furniture pieces. Beach two minutes away with numerous things to do all within 30 minute drive. I would not get a cart again because of limitation on roads it ca be driven on. In closing I and my family would definitely go Back again .

Golden family vacation

My wife and I were joined by our three adult kids, their spouses and our 7 grandkids (all 9 and under). The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of living, eating and sleeping space. Location was perfect. Short two minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. The area was very safe and clean. The pool was also perfect. Large enough for multiple people with steps and shallow platform for kids to play. Also had an attached jacuzzi. The pool was perfect for young kids and adults. Highly recommend!!! We are planning our next stay.

The house is located in Crystal Beach which is in the middle of everything, and a great home base. Destin Commons is a mile close with shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Turn left to drive to Harbor Walk, Okaloosa Island Pier; or turn right to get to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Baytowne Wharf and 30A.
The Crystal Beach neighborhood has lots of sidewalks that lead to the beach. Beach Walk is located 4 houses close to the beach access, with the option to rent beach chairs & umbrellas!

The reviews tell the story that EVERY guest loves this house, and they come back to stay! Many rave about the HUGE private, salt-water pool & spa! Other guests love having 3 master suites on the main level.
The house has everything you need! You have two living rooms and 2 dining rooms. The back living room has the view of the pool, dining area and beverage bar. The front living room has the foosball table and game area for the kids.
There is plenty to do at the house such as: books, cards, games and television for streaming movies.
You can dine outside in the lanai while overlooking the pool.
We provide pool and beach gear for you to use during your stay.
