Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration
- The ParqEx app may have paid parking spaces available in the building. For more info, use their app to search for 1611 N Arlington which is the rear/garage side of the building

House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee will be assessed)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device
* We reserve the right to end stays without refund if House Rules are violated

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
